Daisy and Luc are one driven couple! Their trajectory and the massive capacity for scaling that this young newlywed couple has is inspiring!

Luc serves as the managing partner for Make It Rain Capital, a private equity multifamily investment firm focused on acquiring apartment properties. They're also the podcast host of the popular make it rain podcast. They are limited partners in 445 units in Central Texas totaling about 37 million in value. Daisy has over 10 years of experience in international education and management. She has worked with clients from over 25 countries and managed international government scholarship accounts that total more than $10 million. Daisy works hard to help more people (especially millennials) have the opportunities to invest in real estate multifamily. She has uplifted and empowered her community through mentorship, access, and by being a really positive role model for family and looking to retire her parents. Luc has 10 years of industry experience in commercial and residential construction progress valued at over 750 million. He is also a part of the National Black MBA Association, the African American real estate professionals, and serves as the chapter co-lead for the multifamily masters in Austin. His goal in real estate is to create generational wealth leave a legacy and provide a better life for his family and community.
