Show Notes Chapter Markers

Today's episode has so much enthusiasm. Join Josh Ferrari, an incredible 24 years old and has so much passion for real estate investing. Josh has been able to do real estate investing over the last three years. And so it's definitely been a journey that has some ups and downs and we're excited to be able to share them with you. But there's a lot to take away from this, a lot of practical examples and things that you can learn from following in his footsteps and just kind of walking the mile in his shoes.

Josh has been a licensed aircraft technician for the last three years. According to him being an aircraft technician is fun but requires meticulous attention to detail for the safety of the flight crew. He has never had any aircraft required to be reworked due to unsatisfactory work, so this attention to detail allows him to be the expert needed to run multifamily assets. Josh's ability to manage other people's money as a financial coach has to be a high-class asset manager and financial investor. His ability to raise private money has earned him the title of primary capital raiser for over $7 million raised in a three-year real estate investing journey. He currently has over 4 million assets under management which equates to 90 units in his personal portfolio. He's happily married to his wife Felicia for over three years. And they have a Corgi named Pecan and they love traveling, eating, and chewing fingers. Josh is an active member in his local church where he serves as the drummer on the worship team. He also mentors local entrepreneurs in financing and investing.

You can best reach out to Josh and learn about his offerings and his firm by visiting his website at www.ferraricapital.com. He also has a podcast, entitled "Creative Capital" which you can visit and listen to on his website.
