Mike and Michelle Montana started investing in real estate by partnering with a work colleague to buy a duplex as a house hack back in 2000. Later, in the same year, they expand their portfolio with that same partner to acquire a four-plex. And then a few years later, they scaled up to a 14 unit property. And then from there from 2005 to 2007, they ventured into a series of fix and flip single-family properties. And then in 2019, they sponsored their first multifamily syndication. And today, they own over 350 units across Indiana and Northern Kentucky. This was an awesome interview, we learned so much from Mike and Michelle about legacy, how to build wealth over the long term. And just being good people in general.
