    2 - Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It by Chris Voss

  • If people wanted to be JUST like you, what is the first actionable thing they could do to follow in your footsteps? 
    Choose your own course. In real estate, finding deals or raising money - I would say, just try on both.

  • What small thing do most people not know about you?
    Favorite movie, Nacho Libre

  • How do you like to unwind and restore your own creative juices? 
    I love running, I like getting outside to hike. Getting on the waters. Fitness and/or travel.

  • Is there something special that you do?
    Vacation in Hawaii, going to Big Island in Hawaii.
