Javier and Amanda are a real estate power couple from Seattle who works full-time while investing out of state. In the first half of 2021, they have purchased 9 single-family and small multi-family units in the Cleveland market. Currently, they are pivoting their business to multi-family investing with the goal of retiring from their W-2 jobs in the next 3 years.

🙋♂️ Javier: Keep putting offers until you close the deal and worry about the other stuff later.
🙋♀️ Amanda: Educate yourself as much as possible and then take action - What small thing/s do most people not know about you?
🙋♂️ Javier: I'm an only child. I'm a first-generation Mexican-American. I started an e-commerce company in Vietnam.
🙋♀️ Amanda: I am organized. I live a sort of "organized-chaos" home life. - How do you like to unwind and restore your own creative juices?
🙋♀️ Amanda: Re-teaching myself how to play the piano.
🙋♂️ Javier: Basketball and other games. - Is there something special that you do?
🙋♀️ Amanda: Bali.
🙋♂️ Javier: Southeast Asia. In Vietnam, love the beaches there.
