He also holds fractional partnership interest in 437 multi-family units across the Southwest. Mike founded NK Development Group with the desire to help others find the path to financial freedom through multi-family real estate. For the last two decades, Mike is a former W-2 employee and has held roles in executive leadership, technical support, and strategic sales for two multi-billion-dollar organizations in the construction supply business.
