B.O.M. - Episode 0025 - One Match
After another 1-week hiatus, the Bums are bock for another episode, on the heels of eclipsing 500 downloads! Episode 0025 starts with Chicago baseball talk, including the White Sox and Cubs both being in first place (why aren’t more people talking about it), praise for Robin Ventura, Paddy’s university eligibility, Julio Jones heading to Tennessee (the Titans are for real), Bears egotistical HC Matt Nagy’s POV on Justin Fields as a week 1 starter, general chatter around MLB injuries and trade prospects, and Scumbag-of-the-Week honors going to Bo Schembechler.
The Bums are clearly drunk as skunks slurring our way into Part 2, with a review of Stone Brewing’s Buenaveza Salt & Lime Mexican lager and also Ole Smoky’s Mango Habanero whiskey (70 proof will get you), Rocky de-briefs his recent fly fishing junket that included 3 nights of pitch black fishing (mousing) in the fucking dark, 200 cigarettes and one match, and Paddy bemoans traffic calming circles in urban areas (Stone in Shoe / SIMS edition).
