David speaks candidly about his career in D&I, from his work as an education and equality lawyer to his critical involvement as Director of Legal Policy in creating and implementing the Equality Act 2010. He discusses how having a disability impacted his likelihood of pursuing further and higher education whilst growing up, before going on to University to study Law.
