Here are the Day Eight prompts if you want to follow along:

 Journal Prompt: List out all the things you are gaining from this belief. Feelings of safety, confidence, not needing to take responsibility, etc. This prompt can cause a lot of resistance, but try hard, and be honest.

Gratitude Prompt: List three things you are grateful for in your life right now.

Mantra: I am full of gratitude and love for all that is and all that will be.

Quotes: The courage that it takes to genuinely love other people comes first from loving yourself. -Cyndi Dale

If you have the ability to love, love yourself first. -Charles Bukowski

You owe yourself the love you so freely give to other people. -Unknown

Question: When was the last time you felt truly happy?

(These questions aren’t meant to have direct answers. They are meant to feed your brain, to open you up to the possibilities of self-care. Sometimes when we introduce our brain to a question, the answer naturally comes a few days later. Just contemplate the question, but don’t be discouraged if there is not an immediate answer).

Challenge: Message five people on your contact list about why you are grateful they are in your life.
