The Gifts of Imperfection Review: Part Two
Show Notes

We made it to part two of our review of Brené Brown's The Gifts of Imperfection!

In this ep. we get to dive into the first three Guideposts of Wholehearted living

  • 1 : Cultivating Authenticity: Letting Go of What People Think
  • 2: Cultivating Self-Compassion: Letting Go of Perfectionism
  • 3: Cultivating a Resilient Spirit: Letting Go of Numbing and Powerlessness

We discuss the idea of 'cultivating' and growing into who we want to be and how its life work, not microwave quick work. As recovering perfectionists, we also share our personal gas tank levels from the wholehearted inventory and our takeaways from each guideposts.
This is heavy stuff!

If you haven't yet, be sure to  take the wholehearted inventory quiz on Brené's  website to follow along with us and don't forget to leave a review!

As always, we want you to know:  you are enough, and we're glad you're here.
