The One Thing That Actually Satisfies the Soul

Successful on paper but still uneasy inside?

The problem might not be your effort — it might be that you're following someone else's blueprint instead of your own.

THE TRUTH - integrity as more than morality — it's the key to real success, which is "soul satisfaction".

In this episode, I share why copying other people's formulas leaves you financially busy but emotionally drained, why authenticity isn't selfishness, and how trying to please every advisor creates confusion instead of clarity.

Your voice, value, and vision are unique.

Life gets lighter when you stop forcing yourself into someone else's box.

For high achievers, believers, creators, and entrepreneurs ready to stop conforming and start living with peace, purpose, and alignment.

Today I just wanted to share a quick word of encouragement. because I see that so many people get derailed so easily because sometimes we just get caught up in trying to do it the way that everyone else is doing it. The success that we're trying to achieve.

We've been presented with a blueprint. We've been we've been presented with a way of doing it that other people say is successful. It's going to work out if you do it this way. And I'm not I'm not saying that those people are wrong. I'm not saying that if you follow the way that they're saying to do it, that you're gonna fail. I'm just saying that there is something to be said about this thing called integrity, this thing called authenticity.

And when you get to a point where you feel like there's something going on inside that you really can't describe, you're you really can't put your finger on it, but you just know that the way that you're going, the things that you're doing, they just don't quite align. They just don't feel completely right. I just wanted to encourage you to at least consider that you are a unique expression of God.

That the way you are built, the way you are designed, is partially extremely unique. Like as humans, like we all, you know, we all got some of the same stuff, right? In general. But when it comes to your voice, your value, your vision, the things that you

Are after the things that matter most to you, the things that are at home within you, the things that are going to cause you to not only succeed financially, economically, but most importantly, it's going to cause you to succeed emotionally. Those things are unique to you. And I just I meet with so many people, I talk with so many people that are not.

I hate to use this word, but they're not happy. They're not satisfied with their lives, where they are, with what they're doing, with the way things are going. just so many. And I've I've been there as well, man. Like on the outside, it would appear that everything is cool. You couldn't tell that anything was wrong. Some of that is because we learn phoniness and we we learn to put on a face and we learn to to act like everything's okay.

But on the inside, man, we're just we're just not satisfied. And this is not about getting everything you want and and and and and you know all about you and being selfish and being self-centered. This is just about the fact that a part of this thing called life is enjoyment. Like the experience of life actually should be enjoyed. And I've I've I've discovered that a part of our enjoyment

Is this little this this little thing called integrity? Like doing it the way you were designed to do it, whatever it is for you. Just doing it the way that you were designed to do it, tapping into you, tapping into your unique way of seeing the world, communicating, working, behaving, contributing.

There's a very specific, a very unique, a very one-of-a-kind, just like you way of doing the things that you want to do. And if you don't give yourself permission to do it the way you do it, then you're gonna continue to live your life as I once did, trying to fit into the box, trying to fit the blueprint, trying to conform.

To the way that everyone else is directing me. Everyone else is saying you should do it. This is the way to do it. This is the way to succeed. This is the way to success. This is the way to fulfillment. This is the way to grow your this and to grow your that. This is the way to have a happy family. This is the way to have a successful business. This is the way to advance your ministry. This is the way to do it. And God bless those people, man. Like God bless those people because most of them, they're, they're as I've done.

We advise because we want to see people succeed, we want to see people do well, and we're advising the best we know how, the best we can. But sometimes we don't take the time in our advising and counseling to really pay attention and try to align our advice with the way that that person is uniquely designed and purposed to go about their business.

So I just wanted to share this quick word, man, this quick message, this quick whatever to those of you who are out there. You're following the blueprint, you're doing the steps, you're executing on the strategies, but something just still feels out of whack. Something just does not align. And just like a car, right? A car that does not align, the road gets really rocky.

Shaky. You feel you don't feel safe. You don't feel like things are working out. You don't feel like you're going to get there wherever there is. And I've I've discovered that there is this.

This intangible space and place state calls satisfaction. We're all trying to satisfy the soul. And I've discovered that the only thing that satisfies the soul is alignment, integrity.

Doing the thing the way you are designed to do the thing. Exercising and unlocking your unique voice, seeing and uncovering your unique value in the marketplace, in your family, in your church, in the world at large. And then unleashing your unique vision, contributing to the world the way that you contribute, coloring outside the lines.

Just being yourself when everyone around you and everything else around you is telling you how you must do it. Let this be a reminder, let this be an encouragement.

There is no one way.

Not about cookie cutting, it's not about conformity. Conformity never gets us there. Doing it the way everyone else wants you to do it never gets us there. You listen to one person and they say do it this way. You listen to another person, they say do the do it this way. It's never going to be enough. It's never, you're never going to be able to satisfy everybody. You're never going to be able to do it the way everyone else is telling you to do it because.

Every time you inquire of the next person, the next person has another way of doing it.

I encourage you to settle in your soul.

Listen to that voice within you.

Do it the way you are supposed to do it. And even if you don't see, because I'm not guaranteeing that this is gonna give you all the financial success in the world, all the economic success in the world. I'm not, I'm certainly not promising that, but what I I will promise you from experience.

Is that there's nothing like soul success, success of your soul, being able to lay your head down every night, being able to get up every morning, knowing that you are aligned with yourself, that you are giving yourself permission to be yourself.

This little thing called integrity. So important. And it may be the one thing that you're missing. So I hope and pray that this has been an encouragement. It has been, well, let it be whatever it needs to be for you. I just wanted to put it out there for whoever may benefit from it. All right?

Till next time. Love you guys, praying for you guys, believing in you guys. Remember, your change is possible with this practice.
