Lead Like You're Leaving

Through Jesus' instructions to His disciples in Matthew 28:18 we explore the powerful biblical leadership principle of replication. Jesus taught, trained and developed the individuals He was leading because they would continue the work He started after He was gone. And just like Jesus, we too should lead like we're leaving.
