Today’s episode is an interview with Chad Dall on the topic of the healthcare career academy. Chad is the director of outreach and engagement at Bellin College in Green Bay, WI. Chad connects high school and college aged students with careers in healthcare. We discuss programs called hands on healthcare and the career academy where he helps students get mentoring, job shadowing, on the job learning and immersive experiences in the healthcare field.
