Michael and I discuss his personal health journey and how it took him to the creation of Rebel Health Tribe. HIs peeling of the 'layers of the onion' came about from his own suffering with anxiety and the auto-immune condition of his wife. In his search for answers he has created an online portal of amazing training and information. His last investigation is in my own field of trauma and emotional healing and it is this we discuss in depth. The importance of the body in feeling safe and transforming your neurology is the last piece of his puzzle and what has led him to set up his new project inaura.com which will launch shortly to be a platform for mental, emotional and spiritual health seekers everywhere.
