EP 13: Haydn Wolfsbauer

Episode 13

On episode 13, we have one of the fittest guys in the Asia-Pacific region, Haydn Wolfsbauer.

Growing in Hamilton, New Zealand, Haydn’s upbringing was one marred with family violence and abuse.

His escape from home life was sport and footy, which led him to a semi-professional Rugby Union career in New Zealand, Australia and England in his late teens and earlier twenties.

Now, Haydn is a strength and conditioning coach, CrossFit athlete, father of two, and overall lovely bloke.

When I say one of the fittest guys in this part of the world I absolutely mean it. Some of the things this fella has done are mind-blowing.

He’s done over 2 hours non-stop on the assault bike, holds an Australian record for the most metres on a Ski Erg in 30 minutes, and is currently training to bench press double his body weight next year… before going straight into a sub-3hr 30min marathon.

This episode was funny, insightful, sad and jaw-dropping all in one.
