It’s 3, 55-minute sessions over 3 months. Just you and me.
In person or on zoom. Or even, over the phone if video is too distracting for you.
I’ll be honest, some of the most powerful coaching sessions I’ve had were over the phone.
Ok…so, when you first sign up for this coaching series, a couple things happen.
You click on the link, you sign up.
You get a note right away from me with some questions to answer and email back to me.
You get another email with a simple coaching agreement that you sign online, access to your coaching portal, and a welcome packet.
Your welcome packet contains the following…..
● Questionnaire | Tell me a little bit about yourself! (30 mins)
● Wheel of Life | This helps you get REALLY CLEAR, really quickly. (30 mins)
● Values Sort | When you're aligned with your values, things feel GOOD. (1 hr)
● The Coaching Kickstart | Personalize and determine your coaching strategy session. (1 hr)
● What Coaching Is and Is Not | Helpful information & frame of reference
You’ll also:
-get a link to schedule your first session on my calendar
-immediately get a meeting confirmation
-receive a reminder email 2 days before your session
-have prep questions 7 days ahead of time
-get coaching homework if you want it
