Session Description: Join Jeff Munn, therapist and author of Staying Sober Without God for a session on "The Practical 12 Steps," a secular adaptation of the traditional 12 steps that many non-religious individuals have found helpful for navigating their recovery. The session will consist of a brief description of the steps and the main ideas behind them, followed by a Q&A session that all are invited to participate in.
