The Pathway To Your Results
What If Repentance Just Means Changing Your Mind?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We reframe repentance as a shift in consciousness, not a sentence of guilt, and recast sin as misalignment rather than moral failure. We show how identity drives behavior, how passion sharpens your aim, and how continuous upgrades reset your reality.
• redefining repent as metanoia and sin as missing the mark
• identity as the cause, behavior as the effect
• smallness and unworthiness as the real misalignment
• faith over fear and presence over programming
• environment, systems and consistency that support alignment
• passion as the crosshairs for precise aim
• repentance as a repeatable reset for faster growth
• nervous system upgrades and inner software updates
• practical steps to aim your mind at divinity
• permission to rest without quitting
Keep going. Keep pushing, and you gotta take a rest, take a rest, take a break, but don't quit. Don't give up on yourself. Don't stop.

SPEAKER_01:Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Path Reader Results Podcast. It is your Breverend D to the G. Um, welcome. Glad to be here with you all. Glad to share this time and space with you. Um, or space in time, whichever. Let me ask you this question. Have you ever made a mistake? Have you ever made a mistake? And see how I'm saying it. Mistake. Not a mistake, a mistake. And then you beat yourself up for it, or somebody else beat you up for it, and now here you are walking around feeling guilty. Um, you feeling like, oh, I gotta go to uh confession, I gotta repent for my sins, I gotta, I gotta get down and pray and do all that, ask the Father forgive. Hey, have you guys ever done that? I know, I know for one thing, I I did. I used to, not anymore. And I started to look at over the last couple weeks, um, because I was having a conversation with my mother, and my mother was, you know, she was talking. A lot of times when she's because she's people ask me, Who's your coach? Who's your and she was always teaching? She was my coach, she was everything, she still is, she's still breaking and putting down, putting, laying down gems for me. But she was talking. I was, I was, I was with her last week and she was saying stuff, and she was saying things, and I'm like, She's saying things, and you're giving me podcast ideas right now. I'm not even listening to what you're saying, mom. You over here saying this and saying that, and she's but she said something, she goes, repent for your sins. And I said, repent. Repent. I need to figure out what this means. Repent for your sins. See, what we have to understand is we were never told to repent because we were bad. You were told to repent because you were powerful. I don't think you understand what I'm saying right now. You were never supposed to repent because of guilt. You were supposed to repent because of misalignment. Now, I'm saying repent. And I know what y'all are thinking. Well, repent means I'm gonna break down really what repent means. You know me, I love etymology. I love, like, I love, you know me, I'm a wordsmith. Okay. Let's get back to repent. Most of us think that repent means feel bad. Repent for your sin, and we think sin means you did something wrong. That is not what it means. Repent comes from the Greek word metanoa. M-E-T-A-N-O-I-A, Metanoa, which means to change your mind, shift consciousness, or to see differently. So I'm gonna make it easy for you. All it really means is go beyond your current mind. Now, if we look at the word sin, sin comes from the Greek word hamartia, H A M A R T I A, which means to miss the mark. It's an archery term, it's not a moral one. So sin means you aimed your mind at the wrong target, and you missed the mark. You forgot who you were, you forgot what you were, you misaligned to your internal state, and until you remember that, you're gonna think sin had to do something with guilt and with your actions. It has nothing to do with it. Repent for your sins means to shift your mindset so you stop creating from misalignment, not creating from guilt, not creating from shame, not creating from fear, not creating from worry, not creating from lack, not creating from scarcity. This is all a form of sin. So now. Now you understand that repentance is not about an action, repentance is not about a behavior, repentance is about an identity. Good God Almighty. I don't think you understand what I'm saying. Repentance is an invitation to your true self, to your divine self, to that which you actually are, your higher consciousness. So when I say repent, it means to return back to your true essence, to change your mind, to see yourself, to see life differently. Repentance means stop thinking so mother small. Stop looking at yourself as, oh, well, that seems like a lot. I was telling somebody yesterday, I said, I'm gonna do this, this, and this in 2026. They said, man, that's a lot. I said, to who? To who? If you don't get out of my face with this, get out of my face. Matter of fact, I might not even talk to you anymore. Get out of my face. You over here trying to limit the divine inside of me. You trying to take that which is infinite and making it finite. If you don't get your you know what? Shame on me for even being around you right now, but not even realizing that you over here trying to bottle me out. They say that's a lot. A lot to what? To what? How you gonna sit here and say that's a lot to something that's infinite? Hmm? I know the thing that runs through me is the same thing that creates this universe. I know that I am no separate from it. I am not different from it. I am the I am. I know that. There are at times when I forget and I fall back in this lower state of consciousness, but this, this, this, this, my friends, is what repent meant. You stop thinking small. See, what the reason why? It's because smallness is the sin. Smallness is you missing the mark. Every time that you think small, every time that you play small, every time that you look at yourself as unworthy, every time you look at yourself as not being capable, you're sinning. You not believing in your power is sin. You missing the mark. You're missing the mark of your divinity. Remember what power was. Power was your capacity to embody your divinity. It was your capacity to embody your divinity. See, we don't realize that every time that we say and try to bottle ourselves up and say, oh, well, that's not realistic, or how am I gonna do this, or that's not that's too big, every time we say that, you're missing the mark of who you were created to be. You were missing the mark of that which you actually are. So in order to repent, meaning in order to shift my consciousness, in order to shift the way I think, and there has to be an identity shift, a frequency shift. I have to start thinking differently. I have to start surrounding myself with people who don't talk about lack, who don't do things from a lower state of consciousness. I have to start surrounding myself with like-minded individuals, individuals who are uh on this journey of evolving and growing. Why? Because when your thinking elevates, your life will elevate. When your perception shifts, the results will shift. Do you see? When the inside changes, the outside can change. It's really simple, but we don't realize we sometimes surround ourselves with people who are not changing on the inside, and then we expect things to change. So when I say repent, repent means turning away from fear and returning back to faith. See, fear says, I believe something bad is going to happen. Faith says, I believe something good is going to happen. Fear was the illusion. Truth, truth is faith. Because it's always going to work itself out to see that you continue to evolve and grow. Repentance is you choosing presence over the program. You stop thinking and living life from the trauma. You stop thinking and living life from the conditioning. You stop thinking and living life from the rejection and the abandonment. And you start thinking from spirit. You start thinking from the divine. You start creating and doing things from power, from clarity. This is what it means to repent. So if we know that repentant means repent to repent means to change your mind, and sin means to miss the mark, sin ain't nothing more than misalignment. It has nothing to do with your moral compass. Your moral compass is a byproduct of the misalignment. Do we see? You can't change the effect until you change the cause. We got to get to the cause. We got to get to the root. You miss the mark of that which you actually are. Focus on that. And now we'll take care of the moral compass. I used to think I have to give, I got to do all this, I got to make sure I do that just so I can get to heaven and be a good person. The f what? So now being a good person becomes a task. But then I start to go on the spiritual hunt to figure that which I actually am. And I start to see, wait a minute, I don't have to do anything to be good. I already am good. I just have to make sure I'm aligned with that which I actually am. And as a byproduct, as a byproduct, as a byproduct, the fruits will blossom from this. So I don't have to try and be a good person. Do you see how this works? I don't have to try and be morally sound. I don't have to try and be nice to a person. This is part of my uh divinity genetic makeup. Do we see how this works? So sin is you just forgetting your divine nature. Anything that's rooted in unworthiness, please hear me while I say this. Don't think, don't think that you had to uh uh uh be a murderer or a rapist or do something to be a sinner. When you sit here and live in unworthiness and fear and scarcity and guilt and shame, that's a sin because it's pulling you off of the mark. You can't hit the bullseye. I want you to just close your eyes. If you're driving, don't close your eyes. But just imagine this. You are the arrow, and the bullseye is the divinity. Sorry, you're not the arrow, you're the bullseye, and your mind is the arrow. And your mind must hit the bullseye, and that bullseye is your divine makeup, and you gotta get that mind into that square and that bullseye. And sometimes we fall short, sometimes we skew to the left, we skew to the right, sometimes we don't hit them. Our mind, we don't, we don't repent and we don't hit the bullseye. But you know what? You always gonna get another chance to pull that arrow back. Go pull that bow back. This is why we gotta go back. We gotta go back to the source of where this arrow got pulled back at. Do we see this, my friends, is how we stop creating from separation. And we start creating from oneness. See, when you sin, you're living in separation. When you think that you're alone, when you think that you're unsupported, when you think that you're undervalued, when you think that you're not good enough, when you think that you're unworthy, when you think that you're unworthy of being loved, you think that you're not good enough to have a million dollars sitting in an account that you just play around with. When you think you're unworthy of that, you're gonna create a life that reflects that belief. And we'll see the life not realizing that we at first missed the mark with this arrow. So sin. Sin ain't nothing but mental ignorance. It don't have nothing to do with spiritual rebellion. Boy, y'all stop sinning. Boy, you we we all been sinning. We all we were we were oh my goodness, is this why they say you were a sinner the day you were born? You were sinning as soon as you came into this human experience for thinking that you were human. And this was what the journey was. It was remembering. Remembering that I wasn't this body. I wasn't even this mind. I was that which created everything, the one that was controlling it. I wasn't the car and I wasn't the GPS, I was the driver. Do we see how this works? So when I'm sinning, when I'm when I'm misaligned, when I'm uh I'm forgetting that which I actually am, the ego's running the show instead of the spirit. So shift your aim, folks. You gotta shift your aim. Repent means to elevate your consciousness, elevate your mind, elevate your awareness. It doesn't mean you apologize for your existence. It don't mean you gotta go sit down and go talk to a screen to a talk to a screen to a you talking to a screen to somebody who may be doing stuff that you don't even know about they're doing. I'm not, I'm not gonna get into it. But you know what I'm saying. You know exactly what I'm saying. I'm gonna sit here and repent for all my quote-unquote sins and tell you everything that I've done wrong, but you over here hiding behind that screen and you over here doing but I won't ever know because you don't ever come on this side of the screen. But I digress. So I'm saying this to you all to get you to realize, please. It's just misalignment. That's all it is. That's it. You just aimed your mind at the wrong thing. You aimed your mind at the wrong thing. You made you the ego made you think that that money was gonna make you enough, that that job was gonna make you enough, that those followers are gonna make you enough. That ain't nothing but you just aiming at the wrong thing. Aiming at the bullseye. Aim it at the bullseye. But in order to do that, you're gonna have to have an identity upgrade. Hmm? You're gonna have to have an identity upgrade. I asked, uh I was having a conversation with ChatGPT. And I said, Chat, I want you to be honest with me. I want you to tell me where I'm at. Break it down to me. Break it down. I mean, I'm break it down, tell me where I'm at. And it said something. It says, you're right now you're at about 70% identity, 40% systems, 30% consistency, 90% potential, 10% execution. Now, I was asking in relation to some goals that I had had, and it's saying that you had 70% identity. And I'm like, 70%? 70%, 30% consistency? What? Now I went through the settings and told chat to be brutally honest with me. And I was about to I was about to go back into settings and tell chat, be nice. No, I'm just kidding. But this is what I needed to hear, right? But here's what I realized. And it told me this and said, in order for you to hit your goal in 2026, your identity is gonna have to be on 100%. Your system is gonna have to be on 80%, your consistency is gonna have to be on 90%. Your execution is gonna have to be on 95%. It's giving me what it is I need to do to complete the upgrade. It gave it to me in the form of numbers. What do I need to do? I need to shift my mind. I need to return back to the essence of which I actually need to aim a little bit higher. I need to create from alignment. Do you see how this works? So for everybody here. You ain't gotta think from fear anymore. Think from your truth, think from your power. Satan ain't nothing but to make you forget that what you actually are. That's all it is. Don't forget what you are. You are the awakened, sovereign, conscious creator of this reality that you were calling. This is what you actually are. So repentance is the return, the remembering. As my man, my man Sal Balsano says, it's the quickening, getting you back to the essence of that which you actually are. This is the re aiming, right? Reaiming. And every time that you elevate your frequency, every time that you uh uh ke create uh uh an upshift in your identity, you're repenting. You're shifting your consciousness. And every time that you choose presence over panic, you're repenting. Every time that you choose faith over fear, you're repenting. Every time that you choose to live as the desired reality version instead of the past reality version, you're repenting. Every time you stop playing small with yourself, you're repenting. And when you repent, guess what? You're gonna have better aim. You ain't gonna be as wobbly. Now hitting that bullseye seems to be just a little bit easier. And there's days that I miss, but I don't miss so much off the mark anymore. I don't miss as much. I'm here to tell you right now. I have my days where sometimes it feels like, damn, I can't get this thing in the bullseye. But I know one thing, it ain't outside of the second circle. It ain't outside of that circle that came outside of the bullseye. Because I've realized that really what repentance is is me shifting my mind, shifting my consciousness. So for everybody here, redirect your energy back towards your passion. That's what true repentance was. See your passions, your passion, the thing that lights you up, the thing that puts a smile on your face, the thing that that makes you your eyes well up with tears when you do it, because you're just grateful to be able to just do it. That was the compass. That was the sights, that was the scope. That's what allowed you to aim just a little bit better. Are you seeing the visual right now? We went ahead and put the scope on it. We put the sights on, the cross, the uh the crosshair so we can see exactly where to hit. That's what your passion was. So please, please, please, please, please, please, please, for one second, do you don't think that the thing that lights you up is not somehow divinely connected to you hitting that mark. That's yours. As my dad said, they used to say back in South Kakalaki back in the back in the day, they used to say it's Yozin. It's Yosin. Don't you don't you think for one minute that this was not divinely orchestrated for it to be uh uh uh etched into your spiritual DNA. It's yours. So you got that you got that dream, but that's your dream. That's your calling. Maybe it's to start a podcast, maybe it's to go start this, maybe whatever it may be, I don't care. It really is irrelevant to me. But it has all the relevance to you. This is the universe trying to remind you to get back to your divinity. Every time that you follow your passion, you are repenting. Now here's the beauty of it the more that you repent, mean the more that you shift your consciousness and you seek to aim that arrow to your divinity, now you're in alignment with abundance, and you ain't gonna. You ain't gonna create nothing out of lag. You ain't gonna create nothing out of scarcity. Instead of you being in a hurry to get something, get it up so you because you can sell it so you can make a couple dollars here and there. Now you're gonna take a pause, you're gonna wait because I'm gonna be thorough with this. I'm gonna take my time. I know I told everybody it was gonna be out January 1, but I'm gonna wait till February 1. So that way, that way this thing is thorough. See, you're coming from a place of abundance now. You see? And I don't worry about whether or not I'm gonna hit the mark. I know I'm gonna hit the mark. So repentance is nothing more than a reset button for your reality. Every time that you repent, meaning every time you shift your consciousness, every time you shift your mind, you have just created a reset button. And this, my friends, is how you shift timelines. This is how you upgrade your life rapidly. Now you can do this through borrowing wisdom from others. Read books. That's what I started doing. I've read I've read books. I got, I'm still, I got one, two, three, four, five, six. I got six tubs full of books. And here's what I do. I go through them. I may see, oh, what, there's a book. Let me pull this book out. Let me see. I go through the highlighted notes. Let me see what I got. I just want to stay sharp. I want to stay sharp because at one point that helped me to get here. Maybe I got to go back and review. That ain't nothing more than practice. So I want you to know this and I want you to understand this. In this season, 2026 and beyond, it's time to return back to that which you actually are. We've been aiming our minds at the wrong targets. It's time to get back to that which we actually are. It's time for the reset. The reset, the spiritual reset, to switch ourselves back to the Creator instead of being this passerby who's just allowing life to happen.
SPEAKER_00:I'm gonna tell you and leave you with this. If you do find yourself sinning, meaning you find yourself uh living out of the old, you find yourself uh missing the mark.
SPEAKER_01:It's just letting you know that you need a nervous system upgrade. It's just telling you that the software that's running the show is from the past and that ain't working right now. And hear me when I say this: every time that you upgrade, every time that you repent, every time that you shift consciousness, please know that that will only get you to a point. It's only gonna get you to a point, and you're gonna have to upgrade and keep upgrading and upgrading. And if we can look at the metaphysical or the metaphorical um analogy of this, it's the same thing with your phone. Your phone can only get you to a point. You're gonna have to upgrade it at some point. Oh, they make it. They make it, so you gotta upgrade. My mother, my mother came with a cell phone. I seen her, I said, Wait, how long do you have this iPhone? She had like the iPhone, I don't know what it was, like the eight. Mom, I don't know what it is. Maybe it was the 15. I don't know what it is, but that thing was so little. I said, What is this, mom? What is it? She said, Well, it works. It works. I said, Yeah, but I guess it doesn't matter what it looks like as long as you got the software upgraded. And the same goes for you. It don't matter what you look like, it don't matter how much money you have, long as you are upgrading that software on the inside, meaning I am working on me. I am expanding my self-awareness, I am healing these wounds. You're gonna be repenting. So, we now know what repenting for our sins really means. You didn't do anything wrong. I know the world's gonna tell you, oh, you bad little boy, you bad girl. You ain't do nothing wrong. You didn't. You didn't, you ain't gotta feel bad for what you've done. But if you know better, we gotta do better. As we say, don't be ignored. Don't be ignorant, don't ignore what you know you need to do.
SPEAKER_00:No.
SPEAKER_01:Give yourself permission in this season to change your mindset, to shift your consciousness, to see yourself differently, and make that your full-time job. And I'm gonna see you at the top. Because I'm gonna be up there waiting for you. And we're gonna have a little celebration and we're gonna enjoy that that mountaintop, but we also gonna know that there's another mountaintop that's coming again, too. And then maybe this time, you're gonna say to me, I'll see you at the top. I wanted to tell you this. Keep going. Keep pushing, and you gotta take a rest, take a rest, take a break, but don't quit. Don't give up on yourself. Don't stop. And please know that I wish you nothing but the best on the pathway to your results.
