We challenge fear at the root, rewrite the meaning of failure, and build a simple loop for rapid growth. We detach identity from outcomes, regulate the nervous system, and choose purpose over image through daily aligned action.
• naming fear to remove its power
• reframing failure as data and tuition
• effort → fail → reflect → adjust → grow loop
• decoupling identity from outcomes
• using imagination and synchronicity for alignment
• regulating the nervous system to act under stress
• accountability as agency and focus recalibration
• consistent daily actions compounding into confidence
• choosing purpose over public image

Naming Fear To Disarm It
SPEAKER_01Once you see what you actually are, that you're an infinite, limitless being, you'll see that nothing exists outside of you. I'm your host, Derek Grant, and this is the Pathway to Your Results Podcast.

SPEAKER_00Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway to Results Podcast. It is your boy, DG.
Redefining Failure As Part Of Success
The Cost Of Growth And Letting Go
Failure, Shame, And Social Conditioning
SPEAKER_01Oh, goodness. We all have resolutions, right? We have resolutions here for New Year's. We all wrote them down. We wrote our goals down. We wrote down everything that we want to accomplish and become, et cetera, et cetera. Super important, super vital that we overcome something. Okay, because the only thing that's going to really probably stop you from ever accomplishing what it is that you desire is this thing that we call fear. Fear. Now, if you're not driving, I want you to write down what you're afraid of and pertaining to your goals. What are you afraid of right now? I'm afraid of not accomplishing them. That's usually it. I'm afraid of maybe putting myself out there. I'm afraid of what are people going to think if it doesn't work. Okay? Write down your fears, okay? And the whole reason why we want to write down the fears is because the first thing that you need to do if you're gonna fix something is to first acknowledge what it is that you were running away from. See, a lot of us don't want to, we don't we don't wanna uh actually look in the look at the boogeyman. The boogeyman was yourself. We don't want to look at the thing that we're afraid of. If you can look at it, guess what? It has no power over you. If it has no power over you, guess what? I can keep moving through it. So now, you're aware of what you're afraid of. Was what you were afraid of, was it a fear of failure? Was it the fear of failure? This is what I see with a lot of people. We're terrified of failure. We're terrified of falling short. We're terrified of what if I don't make it and everybody watched me not make it? What if I say I'm going to do this and then I don't do it? What if I'm not good enough? And see, now we develop this relationship with failure that is so unbelievably toxic. But I'm gonna give you just my perspective of how I view failure. See, I started to look back on my life, I started to look back on my existence in all those times when I thought I was going to fail or I was worried about failing and I may have failed. I started to realize that the failure, good God, oh my, we better start preaching it. The failure was actually just a part of the success. See, you thought, you thought that failure was separate from success. You tell me how in the world? How in the world can failure be separate from success when the dark always precedes the light? The failure always precedes the success, meaning I don't actually accomplish what it is I want to accomplish until I learn what does not work. Because the reason why I must learn what does not work, because this is the mechanism that this universe has created for us to play the game of life. You are already spiritually and divinely aligned. You have already, when you came out the womb, you were good. You were fine. It was through all of this adoption of all these programs, these paradigms, this trauma, all of that stuff was the complete opposite of what you actually were. That isn't who you are. So the reason why I'm saying this, we first have to start off and understand you were built to win. You were set up to win, but now here we are, we play in hide and go seek with ourselves right now. Look, let me tell you something. You ever had an Easter egg hunt? We have Easter egg hunts. Well, we used to not anymore when the kids were little, but we go over to my in-law's house, and my mother-in-law would hang, she she'd uh uh hide all these Easter eggs. These Easter eggs, it'd be the backyard wasn't as big as about 15 feet by 20 feet, and there'd be a hundred Easter eggs. They'd be all, I mean, you could just see and play this day. Do we not realize that this is what's happening? You playing hide and go seek with things that's already right here. They already right here. Do we not? We over here sitting here looking for this and looking for that, and how am I gonna do this? It's already right here in front of you. So this is what the, you look at the mechanism of this universe, the source, the creator, the God, whatever you want for it, it has hid itself in every single thing right here in front of you. And your job was to see if you could find it inside of you. So when you know this, this is what I tell myself. I know I can't fail. I know I can't. I ain't never failed a day in my life, and I won't fail. I tell you what I will do. I will fall short, learn from it, try again and fall and go and go forward. That's the worst thing that I'm gonna do in life is I will try something, it won't work, and then I will extract the information by going on a quest, get what I need to do differently, and then I will try it again. But see, here's what ends up happening. You have unconsciously equated failure with rejection. Failure with not being enough. Society has done a wonderful job. See, this started back in the school system. You better not get an F because an F is for failure. And what do you do? They put the F and then they circle in the red. I know, because I got them. I know, I'm telling you firsthand in case some of us never, some of us with some goody goodies, we ain't never get no Fs, but I'm telling you right now, this is what they did. And I'm like, man, and what ends up happening? When you fail, you're less than, or you can't play basketball, you can't do this, you can't, and I'm sitting here, I'm like, wait, hold on. If we look at everything else in life, everything else to accomplish something, there has to be failure. There has to be. And it's not necessarily failure, it's the tuition that you pay so you can learn. That's all it is. See, what people don't realize, they don't understand the mechanism of this universe. And here's what it is: in order to get something, you got to give up something. If I'm going to gain something of value, I must give something up of value. You want them Jordans right there. You want to go ahead and get them Jordans for$250, but you're not willing to give up the$250 because the$250 has too much value to you. Well, you can't have the Jordans then. This is the same way the mechanism of the universe works. You want to accomplish these goals in 2026. Well, you're going to have to give something up. What is it? The comfortability of being quote unquote comfortable. You hear my dog shaking right now. He's shaking it out on him right now, letting you know, shake it up off you, get it up or get it up out of you. Failure does not exist to the enlightened mind. Failure does not exist to the healed person. You start to realize that every lesson will first show up. Good God Almighty. Every lesson will show up as pain. And then later it's going to become wisdom. And that wisdom will be what I used to get to the top of the mountain. Do you see how this works? And I see this happen so often. A lot of people don't actually ever fail because they never really truly try, because they will stop themselves from actually trying so they don't fail. Start putting yourself in positions that make you uncomfortable. Because here's what ends up happening. It's like when you get on the expressway, you get on the turnpike, or you get on somewhere going through a uh uh uh you get on a highway, you got to pay a toll. This is you paying the tuition. Because the universe says you can't hack this process. Oh, I'm gonna get them ducats. You're gonna give up something of value. I'm telling you right now, this is for all my young people out there, and I say young people, everything's obviously relative. But if you become okay with falling short the first time, and maybe the second time, and maybe the third time, over the course of all of those falling shorts, you're gonna gain so much information and you're gonna gain so much insight about you, and confidence will come from this because you will look back on it and say, dang, I wondered how I was gonna make it. I wondered how I was gonna do it, and I fell off that horse and I hurt my back, and I was wondering if I was ever gonna walk again, but the horse came again and looked at me, and I looked at it, and it said to me almost intuitively, and the universe gave me all these signs get back up on that mother, get up on it, try it again, fail again. And here's why. Because at the end of the day, you don't really feel fear feel fear failure. You feel fear being seen as a failure. That's really what it comes down to. We're afraid of what people are gonna think about us. What is everybody gonna say if I fall short? What's my family gonna think? See, I told you, told you shouldn't have been doing all that stuff. You over here doing all that stuff, and now look, you ain't it ain't work. You over here uh enjoying this and going on that and drinking that and doing all that, see? And now we're afraid to actually try. So now our nervous system has associated fear of failure with rejection and shame. And now you go on social media, and social media does a uh wonderful job of uh putting people's failures out there publicly, right? You know what we call that? We call that gossip. Huh? Gossip. We sit here and talk about other people, really not realizing that we're actually like if we talk bad about them and their failures, okay, now I don't have to deal with my failures. And then we end up confusing I have failed with I am a failure. Them ain't the same things. They are not the same things. I have failed many a times, but I'm not a failure. And I have to say this to some people. Some people may, we we may have been told that we were failures. You're not a failure. You're not. You're not. I don't care what anybody else sells. Nobody here is a failure. Nobody. Because everybody still has an opportunity to collect the data and learn. Everybody does. If you can hear me right now, you still have the ability to extract the wisdom. So please understand that failure doesn't say anything about your self-worth. Nothing. It don't have nothing to do with them two. Those two don't, they're not even, they're not even tied together. Just because you fall short in something, it doesn't mean that you were less than. So I'm gonna give you the equation now to help you to grow. If you want to grow, I'm gonna give you, make it really simple. Okay. Alright. First, you have to give effort. You must try. And when you give effort and you try, you what you don't realize is you are actually living as the DRV, the desired reality version. You are actually being the version of you who you're looking to become. That's why the first step is always so important. Just take the first step and just try it. And here's what I will tell you when you put that effort forward and you try, guess who's right behind it? Failure's right there waiting for you. There he is. He's here. But in that moment that you fail, the first thing that you should do, the first thing is reflect. So I give, I give effort, I try it, and then I fail, and then I reflect. And the reason why we're reflecting is so we can extract that data, so we can extract that information. I ask myself, if I could go back right back to where I started and do this again, what would I do differently? And when I get that answer, the next phase must come in. Make the adjustment. Make the adjustment.
SPEAKER_00And here's what happens after you make the adjustment expansion, transformation, ascension, success.
Effort, Reflect, Adjust, Grow Framework
Detach Identity From Outcomes
Imagination, Alignment, And Synchronicity
Nervous System Regulation And Beliefs
Failure As Spiritual Ego-Death
Accountability And Eliminating What Fails
SPEAKER_01This is the framework of everything that ever grows in this entire universe. You must first try, and then you must fail, and then you must reflect, and then you must adjust, and then you must grow. Repeat. Do we see how this works? So now, if we because people always be like, oh, like when am I gonna get? When is it gonna happen? When am I gonna get there? Okay, the faster you fail and get back up, the quicker to get you'll get there. Think about learning how to walk. You learn how to walk by falling. The quicker you learn how to fall and balance yourself, the quicker you're gonna learn how to walk. So it's not uh uh uh uh rocket science, but we don't get taught this. We get actually taught the exact opposite in the school system. Think about when you're growing up, from kindergarten all the way up to 12th grade, where do you spend most of your time? I mean, we spend eight hours in school. That's one third of the day. That's one third of the day. That's not even counting when you're awake because we ain't awake all 24 hours. Probably 75% of your day is in school for probably the first. Let's just say you live to 70 years old, okay? I don't know, 20% of your life. And you're being constantly programmed and taught that failure exists, that failure is something that has a mark on you as a human, as an individual, but it doesn't. It's just this, and this is why the system is outdated. I've been telling you all, I'm so fed up with this damn school system. I don't even get me started right now. But my point of this is it was a program that was learned. And then here's what ends up happening: your physical body, literally, your nervous system interprets this as danger. So now I can't fail. I can't. And don't let you actually have failed in school or something happened, and then you you got punished for it, or there's a consequence. So now we're terrified of failure. And now, guess what we'll do? Raise your hand if you struggle with procrastination. Yeah, this is this is why. Procrastination is nothing more than a wound of having a fear of failure. So this is why it's so important for us to be able to regulate ourselves in those moments when our nervous system feels like it's not safe. If my nervous system doesn't feel like it's safe, I gotta be able to regulate it. I gotta be able to say, hey, we're safe right now. So this is why your healing journey is so important. Because the more that you heal, the more you know how to create safety within yourself. And now you realize I don't actually have to be fearless. I just need to be able to regulate. I don't actually have to try and be uh uh uh, what's the word? Uh a-okay or or or or not feel this. I just have to become okay with being able to regulate my nervous system in the moment. And then here's what's gonna end up happening you're gonna start to trust yourself. Good God. I don't think they hear y'all ain't hear nothing. I don't get how to get off this. Y'all ain't hear nothing I'm saying right now. You're gonna be able to trust yourself in a way that shoot that the the word you could go buy it if you wanted to. Because now you have built trust with yourself because you know I can't actually lose. I can't actually lose. I'm never really gonna act, I may not always win. Hear me when I say this. I may not always win, but I'll never lose. I'll only learn. And you've become immune to failure. And then here's what ends up happening. Good God Almighty, go and get your body right for the summer. I know it may be early in the season, but get your body right in the summer because now your failure is gonna be proof of courage. So you walk with your chin up, you walk with your chest out, you straighten up that spine, and you realize the only people who actually ever fail were the people who was talking bad about me. Were the people who never really tried. But see, I tried and I fell short, but I got back up and I tried again, and then here's what's gonna end up happening: those same people who were talking about you and were saying, oh, well, she ain't gonna do it. How's she gonna do it? Well, he's gonna fall short. Look, he fell short. Those are the same people gonna be looking at you saying, I knew them, I knew I went to school with them. Yeah, I yeah, we yeah, we used to be in the same fitness, yeah. We went to church together, and all they're gonna be using you as a beacon of light. So I have to tell you this. If you failed today or yesterday or anytime here, congratulations. Congrats. You have just earned your keep. You have earned your opportunity to extract the information so you can expand. But that's on you. So now the key is really turning failure into fuel. And the only way we can turn it into fuel is for us to extract the information. So you always ask yourself, what was this lesson that was trying to be taught to me? Where was this blind spot that I was unaware of? What did this trigger inside of me? What would I do differently? What will I do differently moving forward? See, what you don't realize is that uh failure leads to success, and success leaves clues. So now when I start asking the right questions, that curiosity actually turns to wisdom. And now you're not even focused on failure. You're not even focused on falling short. So I'm gonna tell you here how to do this in 2026. First thing you gotta do is you gotta detach yourself from the outcome. Okay, I'm gonna give you an equation here. When you take your identity, meaning who you are, and you subtract the dependence of the outcome, meaning I don't need this outcome for me to be this, when you take that away, your fear of failure is gone. Because the fear of failure, what it's really saying is if I fall short, I won't be good enough. But see, you put good enough in your accomplishment. You put good enough in your identity. I need to be playing, I need to be scoring, I need to have the contract, I need to have this money, I need to have that house, I need to have this marriage, I need to have, and then when we fall short, we feel like we're not good enough. And then here's what ends up happening. We normalize this feedback loop. And we think that this is the divine aligned way. No, it's not. Universe only showed you failure so it could show you expansion. Good God Almighty. The only reason why failure even comes in your life is because the universe is trying to say, girl, don't you know I'm rooting for you? Don't you know I'm trying to help you? The only reason why I put defense in front of you is so you could become better offensively. I'm trying to get you to step into the unlimited nature that actually resides and emanates through you. But the only way to do that is to give you resistance, is to give you struggle, is to give you adversity, is to give you what you would have deemed as failure. But the failure was never meant to break you, it was never meant to stop you. The failure was only meant to make you double down and go just a little bit harder. The failure was only meant for you to say, you know what, I'm gonna try it again. And this is where I tell you why resilience is gonna be needed in 2026. It's gonna be needed. You're gonna have to have resilience. And it And here's the here's what I found. I don't know if it's true for everybody's life. The bigger, the further off it seems for this goal or whatever I'm trying to accomplish, the harder the failure is gonna stink. The more afraid I'm going to feel of uh of falling short. But you have to understand something. Just because you fail, it doesn't mean it's over. It doesn't mean it's done. Please, please, please. I'm I'm I shouldn't be saying this, but I am. I'm begging you, please understand that failure doesn't actually exist. The only way failure exists is if you don't try again. I read something the other day, it was so good, it hit so hard. I said, this game of life. This game of life. It's a game. Nobody's gonna make it out alive. Nobody. Nobody's making out of this game alive. So how you tell me how you won't fail? I know. I know that eventually I gotta come out of the game. And if I gotta come out of the game, oh my goodness. I might as well give it what I got. Let's go ahead and see. And now you come with this wonderment, this curiosity, and you ask yourself, I wonder what it's like to go after that. And I know, I know what's gonna happen. I know what you already think right now. That logical mind, that linear thinking ego is gonna come in saying, Yeah, but how do I do this? I don't have the capital. How do I do this? I don't, what if I don't how they gonna put a plane in the sky and nobody's ever flown a plane? Hmm? Do we know that? Do we not know that all information already exists? All information already exists. Huh? Wait, what do you mean? What do you mean, Derek? All information already exists within this field of intelligence. When you start understanding how information carries, it all carries through energy. Well, we know that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It's infinite. So if it's infinite, that means the the the the uh information to be able to create X, Y, and Z or do XYZ, it already exists. This is why the Bible said nothing's new under the sun. Ain't nothing new. Nothing is new. So now when I know this, I just have to make sure I tune myself to the frequency. And the frequency was the mental and emotional state, meaning I have to be it. And see, when you start moving like you already have done it, then you use this thing that we call the imagination, what Albert Einstein said was the seed of all reality. When you start using this imagination, here's what's gonna end up happening: you can start attune yourself to the timeline, to the lifestyle, to the version of you who's already done this. And that's, I know you may not have anything in your bank account, but that didn't mean you didn't have the ability to walk around like you was already hurt. That didn't mean that you didn't have the ability to keep moving and pretending and writing down and sketching down ideas as if you knew this was gonna be done. You see. And then life's gonna show you all the places that you're misaligned that keep you from accomplishing that. And that, my friend, is what we call failure. So really it's just the universe doing you a solid. It's just life trying to say, hey, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. This is where you're missing. This is this is the this is the part where uh uh you need to let go of this. Because here's what we got to realize you can't do both. And this is where I see a lot of people. We can't do both. You can't protect your image and your perspective of how people think of you and fulfill your purpose. You're gonna have to pick one or the other. You're gonna have to fuck because your purpose is aligned with your passion, and your passion is divinely yours. So you're gonna have to pick which one you're gonna do. Am I gonna be whatever I think everybody else wants me to be and make them happy? And live from a place of, oh, well, hopefully they think I'm doing a good job? Or am I gonna follow what's aligned with me? And then here's what ends up happening. You start to become more confident because you start to look around and realize, oh my goodness, I did it. I'm doing it. I'm doing it. I want you to think about the last time that you failed. And did you get back up and try again? Or did you stop? Did you give up? Did you ask yourself if I could go back? Here's what I would have done. And did you go back and try it again? If you did do go back and do it again, did you fail again? Maybe you did, I don't know. I'd be willing to bet you probably didn't. You didn't fail the same way that you did last time, did you? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. See, I learned. I may have gotten the answer wrong again, but I didn't get it wrong the same way I did last time. Do you see how this works? And this is what we call evolution. But your hard-headed behind aka the ego ain't gonna want to look at it like that. It's gonna say, oh no, we failed and we're not good enough. Please, please, please, please, please, please. Your outcomes are gonna fluctuate, but your identity never does. What I have done or how far or how I've fallen short, that ain't got nothing to do with who I am. Because this, the I am, that which I am, unwavering. Can't be touched. My job is to make sure that I live from that. So to get over your fear of failure, because I have some goals I wrote down. I have some goals. One of my goals was to be on the today show. I'm gonna go ahead and put that out there in the universe and tell everybody I wrote down I wanna be on today's show. What they gonna bring me on for, I don't know. I have no idea. I'm sitting here thinking, well, why would they ask you to come on? I said, I don't know, but I'm gonna go on there again. Don't know when, don't know how, but I'm gonna go on there again. The next morning I woke up. I had somebody who followed me. I'm like, who is this? And I can always see when it's like somebody who's verified. And it was this lady named Chanel Jones. I don't know who Chanel Jones was, but I looked on her. She looked recon, she, she, I recognized her, and her profile said, co-host on the Today Show. I said, Oh, well, look like life trying to get everything in order. But here's what I recognized. I don't need to go on the today show now. I don't even need to. See, this is the thing about synchronicities. You say what you want to do and who you want to become. And then when you become that, energetically you're in line with it, you're gonna get a synchronicity. You talk about, oh, I want a Lamborghini, and then somebody gave you a Lamborghini for Christmas, but it was a toy model. See, you had in mind that it was gonna be a real one that you could actually drive, not realizing, no, the universe gave, there's infinite ways the house is gonna show itself. So I realized I've already been on the today's show. I can go and check that off. Do you see how this works? I don't now have to actually be on the today's show for me to do this podcast and do these reels and do this content as if I'm already on the today show. And then here's the beauty of it the nervous system will not know the difference. Do we not know that our nervous system is nothing more than an antenna to this universal field of energy that we call the universal mind, aka the universal subconscious? Huh? And that your nervous system is nothing more than the uh physical manifestation of your subconscious mind. So when you start to realize this is why your subconscious mind, things play out in this physical universe that are aligned with it, meaning your beliefs will be what you see in reality. Why? Because reality is conforming to your beliefs, because your beliefs are in your subconscious, and your subconscious then puts it in the uh antenna to broadcast this out to the field, aka your nervous system. This is why nervous system regulation is so important in 2026. This is why you better get yourself a meditation practice. You better get yourself a breathwork practice, you better get yourself a cold plunge practice, you better get something that you allows you to take your energy and regulate it within your nervous system, or otherwise you're gonna create your reality out of the trauma. You're gonna create your reality out of the fear of failure. So for everybody here, hear me when I say this, please. And thank you. Failure is actually spiritual. The f what? What is this man talking about? Failure's spiritual, yes. Yes, yes, we'll just use this as a point of reference. How come every triumphant story that we look at in the Bible, how come there was always quote unquote failure first? There was always failure. Jesus came back. Well, most of us would deem deem failure as being thrown up on a cross. You came here to do this, this, and now look, they went ahead and crucified you. Huh? Well, we look look at uh uh uh uh Moses freed the Israelites from Egypt. Well, he first quote unquote failed when he killed that Egypt, uh, killed that Egyptian and got and ran out in the desert for 40 something, whatever it was, right? Well, you start to realize that failure will always proceed progress. You start to realize that failure is actually a spiritual thing. The whole point of failure was to kill the ego so the real you, the divine you, the I and could actually show itself. That was it. That was all. So I'm telling you in 2026, embrace failure. Embrace it. Allow it to work its course, to do what it's supposed to do in your life. It was meant to help you to refine, to redefine who you are and what you are. That was it. And if there is failure in your life that is happening repeatedly, it's because there's not a lesson. Sorry, that the information has not been learned. I was having a conversation with my 13-year-old son. And he was a little down, and he said, I feel like I can't do anything right. I said, Well, hold on now, son, let's not play the victim here. We ain't gonna do that. Not in this house. You know that. Before you say I can't do anything right, you need to ask yourself, what would I do if I could go back and do these things differently? So we were at the gym the other day and he was shooting. And he had to make 15 out of 30. Easily doable. And he started off and he was like one for seven. And I told him, I said, get on the line, you gotta run, man. Said four for what? I said, it's not punishment. It's to recalibrate you to get you to focus. You're not focused right now. So he got online, he had to run. And he stepped back up the next time. And he went uh 15 for 21. And I told him, I said, the reason why I made you run was because when you were one for seven, you were like, oh my gosh, like you weren't the one shooting the ball. You were shooting the ball. You over here saying, Oh my god, how come I you doing it? You doing it. When we start to throw our hands up and be like, oh my gosh, why is life doing you have just given away all of your power. You have just taken all of your accountability and you've put it outside of yourself. And that is not the way this life works. Remember what accountability was? It was the ability to account for yourself. Until you can account for yourself, failure is gonna whoop you, it's gonna drag you all. It will. You know how it is when you go in the grocery store, you see somebody else's child acting up, and you see mama pull them across. That's gonna be you. Universe is gonna be pulling you. Get your mother, get over here right now. Until you can be accountable. So I told him, I said, look, ain't nobody else in here shooting that ball but you. Trust me, if I was in here shooting, I ain't going no one for seven. You have to shoot the ball. So, in order for you to shoot the ball, you have to pay attention to what is not working. Good God omite. That's what I'm trying to tell you in 2026. Start paying attention to what is not working in your life. Start there. And imagine if you eliminate that. If you eliminate those things, life's gonna change for you drastically. And then here's what we gotta do we gotta make sure we got them CDAs in place. Them CDAs. Go ahead and write it down. I know. You were like, damn, you over here hit me with another one. I never heard this one. I heard a GRS. Wait, what a CDA? I gotta make sure that my consistent daily actions are in alignment. They're in alignment. Consistent daily actions, meaning what I'm doing every single day, my process, the way I look at failure, the way I look at myself, the way I carry out things, all of that is consistency. If I can consistently do that today, today is what built tomorrow. And if I can do that when I get to tomorrow, that's gonna be another today. And then if I can do that, and you see, here's what ends up happening, you go look four, five, six, seven months. Oh my gosh, I can't believe I did this. Yeah. Yeah, you did it. You doing it. You start to realize that there is nothing that I could not do. So when I tell you that failure is it's a spiritual, uh, uh, uh, uh, it's a spiritual ingredient to this casserole of life that you are putting in the oven. The oven is the adversity. The oven is what makes the cheese melt. It makes all the flavors start to coagulate. But you have to understand this seasoning of failure was so needed to bring this casserole together. And some of us, we know, some of us know. We just got out of them holidays and we ate some casseroles that were bland. We ate some casseroles and said, We ain't had no girl, you ain't put no seasoning in this. What is this? What in the work, girl, child? I ain't never eaten. Hey, hey, don't let her bring that next year. When you start to realize that failure is that seasoning that's needed to make this taste so good. Because here's the deal, you ready? That success would have no value to you if you had not dealt with failure. I should have got off a while ago because I knew nobody was trying to hear nothing I was saying. You want, you want, you want the success, but you don't realize that success only tastes and feels so good because of the failure that you had to endure and the resilience that you had to develop to overcome it, to become this new version of you. You ain't trying to hear nothing I'm saying. So now I know this. This is all a part of my journey. It's a part of it. The failure was not separate. It was not separate from it. It was a part of it. And now that I know it's a part of it, I accept all parts of it. I accept it. I accept it because this too will play into this masterpiece that I'm building. Because one day I'm gonna get done and I'm gonna go cross back over to the other side, I'm gonna get with my spiritual brethren and sisters. And we're gonna look back and do this life review. And we're gonna look back. Did we do it good? How did we do it? You want, when you get back to the other side, you'll be like, girl, it was a movie. Let me tell you something. I lost everything, and this relationship failed, and this happened. But girl, did you see how I overcame it? Did you see how I built something out of nothing? I'm telling you, they got this thing on the other side. They got this other thing that they call failure. They call it failure. And here's the thing, ready? They make it sound like it's not a part of the game. Are you kidding me? I know, I know, I know we know that over here, but when you get over to the other side, they think failure is bad. They think not realizing that we built this into the game so we could win. Oh my gosh. You see how this works? Now I'm telling you this. And this is all fun and games, right? Yeah, this is great, makes me feel good. Oh yeah. I'm not saying it's gonna be easy. I'm not saying it's gonna be uh butterflies and sprinkles and unicorns and rainbows and I'm just naming anything that got a lot of color in it. I don't know. It ain't gonna be all that. But that too is a part of the journey. So embrace it. Because remember, none of us are gonna make it out of this alive. So we might as well try. And as always, you know me, you know what I'm gonna say. I wish you nothing but the best along the pathway to your results.
