Seeing Yourself As Limitless
SPEAKER_03Once you see what you actually are, that you're an infinite, limitless being, you'll see that nothing exists outside of you. I'm your host, Derek Grant, and this is the Pathway to Your Results Podcast.
unknownBro.
SPEAKER_04Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway to Your Results Podcast. It is your boy DG. We are here.
Turning A Loss Into A Lesson
SPEAKER_04Oh, last week we talked about, you know, going down to Peach Jam and we lost and really we won. And, you know, I look at everything. Anytime that I take a loss, anytime it seems like a quote-unquote loss, I look at it like it's a ceremony. You know, it's like an ayahuasca ceremony. Anybody ever done ayahuasca? You be going through and you be like, man, what the what was I thinking? At some point you're in and you're like, why in the world did I agree to do this? I'm over here throwing up, uh pooping everywhere. Nah, I shouldn't make it sound like that. People always ask me, so like if I do it, am I gonna be just like pooping everywhere? No, you ain't gonna be just like, you're not gonna have a projectile diarrhea. Ain't gonna be nothing like you're gonna have full controls. I don't want to scare y'all. Okay, let me just go and stop. But everything that happens in life that's quote unquote negative, I always look at it like it's a ceremony. It's an opportunity for me to extract information to grow and evolve. So, you know, if I and I'd be lying. I'm not even gonna, I'm not, I'm gonna be honest with you. Like, even still parts of me today at this point, and this has been four or five days after getting back, I still feel like, dang, like, man, like the disappointment, like, dang, it didn't go the way I wanted. But then I had to remind myself that it went exactly the way it's supposed to. So I'm asking myself, when I went down there, I'm like, why did all this happen the way it did? It was a really quote unquote negative experience, but there was something that was, there was a reason why. And I told you the Carly went into uh the store to wait. She waited three hours, right? She waited three hours for this gear. And then what I didn't tell you was by the time she got in there, it was all almost gone. So she ended up getting me a sweatshirt. I'm like, I told her, I'm like, look, just go in there, get whatever, because the fact that you waited three hours, don't you come out here with just a t-shirt. Please. Please just get everything. So she came out, she's like, here's a sweatshirt. And the sweatshirt was a double X, double, double extra large. Nah, I know good and well, I ain't gonna wear it. I ain't gonna be able to fit it. I'm not. I told her, I'm like, well, maybe, maybe we'll save it here one day when I'm a little older and put on maybe 25 pounds or something. I don't know. I just can't wear it
The Real Reason For The Trip
SPEAKER_04right now. But here's the question I asked myself: why did you really go down there? Okay, I'm gonna tell you why I really went. See, my parents live in North Carolina. And I haven't been able to get back to North Carolina for a while. Just haven't been able to because the kids' schedules, the kids are busy. So they usually meet us somewhere. So it just so happened it was only six hours away in Georgia. So they drove down. It was good to get in and see grandma and pop pop. And uh, my mom, she listens to all my podcasts. My dad, he's still, he doesn't even know the podcast exists. He thinks that Instagram is the podcast, and he tells me all the time, Oh, I like that podcast you had the other day. I'm like, which one? You said the one when you were talking about. Uh, I'm like, the one I was sitting on the couch. He's like, Yeah. I'm like, oh Lord, that ain't the podcast. But anyway, he'll figure it out. But my mom, she listens to podcasts. So she listens to everything. So my mom is super, she was like my coach before I even knew what coaching was. She was always the one spreading wisdom. She's the one just kept planting seeds. She's the one when I would stub my toe or something or something would happen. I'd be like, oh, it hurt. She'd be like, say, it don't hurt. It don't hurt. Tell yourself it doesn't hurt. Whatever you tell yourself, that's what it's going to be. So she was always doing stuff like that with me when I was young. So it just so happened while Carly was in there for three hours at the store, it was just me and my parents. And I haven't had time with them like this. I don't know how long, both of them. And we were just sitting here in the van. And Carly was like, hey, look, just go back to the house and clean up everything. Clean up because we're going to be here for a while. I was like, okay, cool. I'll go back to the house, clean up everything, check out the Airbnb, and then I'll come back to where you are, and then we can hit the road. So anyway, we were sitting in the parking lot for probably like 45 minutes before Carly had ever said, like, you can go. So me and my parents
Family Struggles And A Brother’s Awakening
SPEAKER_04just started talking. I'm going to be opening up, I'm honest, right here. Anybody here who struggles with family members who maybe are trying to figure out their way in life, right? We all have someone or something, right? And I have an older brother who uh he had a very rapid and uh uh uh extremely volatile spiritual awakening. And this was back in like 1998, before I like, I obviously I thought he was losing his mind. I'm like, this motherfucker, he is nuts. What in the world is wrong? But now, knowing what I know, essentially he had this awakening. He didn't have the resources or the people around him to be able to kind of tell him, hey, here's what's going on, here's why. So the reason why I'm saying this is because he's just never really been the same, right? Struggled to get on his feet, struggled to keep a job. You know how it is when you go to the extremes and you don't want to be around people. Well, when you work, you gotta have to be around people. So, like getting fired after job after job after job, struggle, just struggle, right? So I was sitting in the car with my parents and we just started talking. I was asking, hey, how have you talked to my brother? Have you talked to him lately? They say, Oh, yeah, we saw him, blah, blah. And he lives like 15 minutes from them. So they say, like, well, we don't understand why he doesn't want to be around us, blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, you have to understand how he is and his world, blah, blah. And I'm trying to tell him, I'm trying to like educate them, and they just they hear it, right? And they know it. So I asked them, I said, Hey, is there anything that you would have done differently with him growing up? Would you have raised him any differently? My dad was just sitting there quiet. My mom's, she's just kind of like, Well, she's like, I don't, I don't know. I don't know if I would have changed. She's like, I don't, I don't. And I was just watching a rearview mirror, because I'm driving. So they're sitting in the back seat and I'm just looking at them. I said, I'm saying to myself, Well, there's nothing you would change? Nothing? Knowing what you know now? I'm not blaming you. There's nothing that you would change. So I asked her again, just to make sure, because at this point, I'm starting to kind of get a little riled up a little bit. Like, there's, so there's this is, you know, me, as a coach, this is like the one thing. Like, there's nothing you would change. You mean tell me then, like, if you could go back knowing what you know now? So finally, my mom was like, I probably would have checked in on him more to see how his mental well-being was when he was younger.
SPEAKER_02I said, Okay.
SPEAKER_04I said, Yeah. We don't know as parents, you never know, right? So that's why it's just intentional. Like, it's it's super important to be intentional with your children. Check in, ask how you're doing. Your spouse will check in. Hey, how you doing? How's everything, right?
SPEAKER_01And then she asked me this question. Good God almighty.
SPEAKER_04She says, Is there anything that you would have rathered or had us do with you growing up? Y'all. I have waited. I know I've been intentional here on this journey for the last six years. I have waited six years for this question to be asked of me. And I'm starting to see why it took six years. See, I had to get to a certain level of healing, I had to get to a certain level of self-awareness, I had to get to a certain level of self-love so that I could say and talk about these things in a constructive way. And it wasn't me blaming them and saying, You should have done this. I wish you had done that. How come you didn't do this with me? So when my mom asked
Naming The Pain From Childhood
SPEAKER_04me, I said yes. And my dad was sitting right there. And I said, Yeah, there were some things if I could go back, if I could like I wish you guys would not have done, would not have done. And she said, like what? Ushers, go ahead and close the doors. I said, and I looked both of them in the rear. I'm like sitting in the rearview mirror. I'm looking at them in the rear view mirror.
SPEAKER_01I said, I wish you both would not have spanked me or beat me with a belt. And they got quiet.
SPEAKER_04And I told him, I said, I was flying home from Hawaii last week. And I was watching the Michael Jackson uh biopic. And I said, it was really triggering when I watched Joe Jackson beating Michael with that bell. I said, I remember that.
SPEAKER_02I remember feeling that same thing. I remember that.
SPEAKER_04And they just sat there quiet and I said, I'm out of, I'm gonna tell you all. I said, I'm 43 years old. Do you know what that's done to my psyche? And my mom said, Yeah, but we didn't know. We only did that because that's how we were raised. I said, I understand that. And I said, you know what? Your parents only did that to you because that's how they were raised. And their parents did it to them because that's how they were raised. And their parents did it to them because that's how they were raised. And their slave masters did it to them because they needed to keep them in line. I said, Do you see how this IGT works? And she says, What? I said, This is IGT. This is intergenerational trauma. You were carrying out what your slave, what your slave answer, our slave ancestors were dealing with. And I said, Here's what it's done to me as an adult.
Intergenerational Trauma And Nervous System Safety
SPEAKER_04Because this happened, and then I would get the silent treatment after, I started to learn how to people please. I started to learn how to seek people's approval because I didn't feel safe. My nervous system was constantly worried, like, am I going to get spanked today? Am I going to get beaten? What's going to happen? So now here's what ends up happening. I have a scarce mindset when it comes to a lot of things in life. I struggle with, uh, will there be enough? Are we going to be okay? Really, it's the fear of, am I going to be safe and am I going to be okay? Because there were moments in time when my nervous system did not feel like it was safe. And my mom said, Yeah, but I was spanked growing up and I didn't have any issues. I looked this 75-year-old woman in her face and I said, Listen, mom, just because you don't know how it's affected you doesn't mean it has not affected you. And I told her, I said, you know what, mom? With the intelligence and the self-awareness that you had, you probably could have been a billionaire. And my mom's never had anybody tell her this before, I don't think. I said, you know what? You work for Dow Jones. You were an employee. You probably could have been the CEO. But you know what? There's a part of you deep down inside that didn't believe that it was worthy enough. There's a part of you deep down inside that didn't think that it was even capable of it. Why? Because this child inside, deep down inside, you figured out a way to survive and you've developed marvelous strategies to get through life and then justify it and say, oh, well, I learned how to do this. No, but the reality of it is you still have a part of you that's fractured inside, but you just have unawareness of it. It's like this. You know how it is when something hurts in your body and you don't go to the doctor, and then you just figure out a way to carry on life without it. Now you walk with a limp. And you've been walking with a limp for 15 years, and now to the point where you don't even remember what life was like without the limp. This is what's happened, mom. So I told him, I said, you sit here and look at my brother or you look at your son, not realizing I have the awareness. I've done the work, I've seen the effects of this. But maybe he hasn't done the work. And you think, oh, well, he's just not. No, everything always has a cause. Now, the reason why I'm saying this to you all, I'm telling this, I said, I'm not telling you this to blame you. It's not your fault. You did the best you could from the awareness that you were at. We all are. But here's the deal the reality of it is, is that a parent is responsible for the mind of a child. There's a saying by uh uh it was a it was a psychologist, I forgot which one, he said, if you show me a seven-year-old, I will you show me a seven-year-old boy, and I will see the man. Meaning, how this child is raised, how this child is treated, how this child is nurtured. All of this plays into who the man is. So I asked my mom, I said, and my dad was just sitting there quiet. I asked her, I said, What did you need from your parents growing up that you didn't feel like you got?
SPEAKER_01Hmm?
SPEAKER_04You ever asked yourself that question? What if you just really needed your dad to say I love you and I see you? Not as a vessel or a tool to get this work done on the farm? What if you just said I love you? Just because of who you are? Did you ever get that? Did you ever get did you, your brother and your sister, ever get that growing up? Or was everything transactional? Because everybody was constantly in survival mode because it's been passed down generation after generation after generation. And she just sat there. And I said to myself, this was why you came down to Georgia.
The Child Becomes The Healer
SPEAKER_04This was the real Peach Jam, y'all. This was the real, and here's the beauty of it. Because we had just lost, because it was just an absolute shit show, I was in a place, I didn't care. I was, you know what? Matter of fact, I do have some things I gotta say, and I do have some things that I need to get off my chest. And I said, Isn't it so divinely perfect how life did what it had to do so I would be in a place to be able to say what I needed to say and restore this boy inside. Do you see how this worked? Do you see how this worked? I told Carly when I got in the car and we had said our goodbyes. I said, I love my parents because they both sat there and they were able to listen. They were able to hear it. But I said, Isn't it funny how the two parents were sitting in the back seat and the child was the one driving the car. Good God Almighty. Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing I'm saying right now. Ushers, close the motherfucking doors. So you see how this works. The child will be the one who ends up driving the family, driving the lineage, taking the heritage, taking all of this stuff in the future. But here's the deal the child's the one who's gonna do the work. We're gonna have to do the work. We're gonna have to do the work. I'm telling you right now, I sat there, I love my parents. Mama, I love you, dad, I love you. But I realized in that moment y'all weren't equipped with the tools to carry this on and take on this battle like I am. Every single family has one. If you listen to this podcast right now, you were the one. You were the one. You were the one. I sat and I looked myself in that rear view mirror. I said, You built different now, brother. You know that, right? You built different. You've been waiting to have this conversation, and you didn't do it from a place of animosity, you didn't do it from a place of anger, you didn't do it from a place of shame, you didn't do it from a place of fear, you did it from a place of love. You did it from a place of light. You did it from a place of awareness, you did it from a place of healing. And now, because you did this, you've just cleared it. It's done. It's finished. I ain't gotta carry this no more. I ain't gotta carry it no more. You want to talk about the epitome of letting go? I took it all off. I'll walk around stark butt naked. I ain't wearing none of that no more. And when we got back to the house, because we had to clean up the Airbnb, my dad was outside, and I could tell he was it touched his core. It got to him because he was he, you know, you just naturally just you start to reflect and you're just like, Man, did I do this? I didn't I looked at him, I said, Dad.
SPEAKER_01I love you. I love you.
SPEAKER_02You were a wonderful father. You were a wonderful father, you were exactly what my soul needed. And I just want to tell you thank you.
SPEAKER_01And he just looked at me and he gave me a hug and he said, Thank you.
SPEAKER_02And I realized I realized what the whole point of this was.
SPEAKER_04When a child does the healing, when a child does the work, the child can then go back and show the parents how to reparent the child inside of them. This is why I say our children are our greatest teachers. Our children are our greatest teachers. You're somebody's child, and your parents may not be here, but please know the energy can neither be created nor destroyed. So you can still do healing even if the parents are not physically here. The energy still exists. So I told Carly when she got in the car and we were on our way home.
Breaking Cycles With Your Own Kids
SPEAKER_04And she's like, I think this is the only first, this is the first time I've ever heard her say this. She goes, I got goosebumps while you're telling me this. I said, This is the only reason why we came down here to PGM. This is what it was all about. And I told my parents, I told them, I said, listen. I realized that you all did everything from the awareness of where you were at. I said, but my job was to break that. My job was to be the one say, you know, we ain't gonna do that no more. And I said, at times it was hard because I didn't know anything different. Think about it, when you were spanked and you were hit with a belt, and you for that was how you were disciplined, and now here you are, you got to find an alternative method with children. You don't know any other way. So my kids are talking back and ain't talking crazy and doing this. I can't do the same thing that my parents did. I have to come from a place of more awareness. And I told my parents, I said, this is why every day I ask myself, is there anything that you would change? Is there anything that you would do differently? So when my kids, when my son has a bad game, I don't get mad and angry like I used to, because I know that's not good for him. Let's have a constructive conversation. Let's see what's going on inside of you. What's going on? What? I said, I don't get it all right, but the fact that I asked myself this question allows room for growth. So I told him, I said, listen. We're all doing the best that we can. And my mom just kind of sat there and she looked at me, and we had to say our goodbyes. And I told him, Thank you. Thank you for everything. Not just this week. Thank you for everything. For everything. You have given me bookmarks, you have given me uh things for me to go back and fix. And my parents don't know. They don't even know my mom listens to podcasts, my dad sees Instagram here and there. But they don't really understand this journey that I'm on. They don't really get it. And that's okay. They're not supposed to. But I told, I was telling Carly, I said, you know what? I feel like things are different now. And I talked to my dad the next day. He was so much lighter. He was different, he was happier. That's because healing had taken place inside of him as well. So this is why I'm telling you the work on you matters. It matters. It matters. You may not be fortunate enough to have this conversation with your parents. That's okay. Don't think that it don't matter, though. Your work that you do on yourself, and I didn't know that this was what the conversation. I didn't even know, but isn't it so funny? Isn't it beautiful the way life works out? That that that that line for that store happened to be three hours, so I had nothing but time to sit here and have this conversation. Isn't that beautiful? Then when she came out, I was so happy with the stuff she came out with. I said, Oh, I'll wear this. Thank you. I like this. Because of what it represented. So for everybody here on this journey, please realize that it's always working itself out. It's always working itself out. Now I spent a lot of money, a lot of time, a lot of energy working on these things. I spent a lot of a lot of trips down to Tulum. A lot of purging. A lot of tears. Damn, it was worth it. My life ended today. Damn. It was all worth it. All of it. It was intended for me to get back to me. I'm starting to remember what I was before. Before all of this stuff that happened. I'm starting to remember that which I actually am. Now Deion Sanders said, Don't you let me get comfortable in this moment? Don't you start to let me really get comfortable and really remember who I am and what I am. This was the journey, you all. This is what I say when I say we're coming back home. You're coming back home to yourself. You're coming back home. So oh goodness.
Private Healing That Nobody Sees
SPEAKER_04This last week was restorative. It was healing. And I wanted to help you know that. It's so beautiful for the work that you're doing on yourself that nobody will ever see. I just want to tell you, I see you. I see you. I know how it is when you sit by yourself and you just sit there, you're just sad, you're down, you don't know why. And somebody will say something, or maybe watch a movie or something, and it's like, dang, well, and then it brings up stuff from your past, and then you start working on it, but you don't really know how to work on it. You don't know how to do it, and you just feel like you're like nothing to work in, and then all of a sudden months later, you're like, oh wait, that doesn't bother me anymore. But nobody ever saw that. Nobody ever knew that. And they asked you along the journey, are you okay? Yeah, no, I'm fine. Yeah, but you wore a mask and you just kind of like swept it under the rug. And when you get back home from work, you'd cry your eyes out, or you sit by yourself and nobody really knew how you felt. I just want to tell you that I see you. I see you. And it matters. Goodness gracious, it matters. Those days when you feel like, oh my goodness, why? You ever ask this question? Why me? Why? Why? Why me? Why? Why just happened to me? And then when you heal it, you see.
SPEAKER_01It had to be me. It had to be. So um.
SPEAKER_04I know one thing, I'm still processing it all, but uh it was beautiful. It was a beautiful thing. It was like not the closing of a book. Oh, actually, yeah, I can say it. It was almost like the closing of a chapter. I was fortunate enough that I was able to tell my caregivers. I was able to tell them. Here are some of the actions that created wounds inside of me. And I didn't blame them because it was not their fault. But the reality of it is now, it has been and will be my responsibility to clean it. But that's why we can't blame nobody. It's just simple cause and effect. I was talking to a client yesterday. She was blaming, blaming, and blaming. I said, whoa, whoa, hold on, hold on, hold on. Let's back up a little bit. It's not your fault. It's not their fault. It's not anybody's fault. And really, if you want to zoom back out, you signed up for this anyway. Like, what the f there ain't no way I signed. Hey, why in the world would I sign up for this? Because you knew that in this life you were going to be built enough to be able to withstand this so you could stop all of this stuff in your family. Think about it. I don't know how many generations. I'm a Grant. I come from the Grant side and I come from my mother's legate. I don't know how many, how long, like getting hit with a belt because you did something wrong. I don't know how long that went on for. That may have been going on for seven, eight hundred years. I guarantee you this, that shit stops right here. It ain't going, it ain't, hey, not on my watch. It ain't happening. And it seems like, oh, well, it's no big deal. No. And I told my mom, I said, listen here, listen, mom, listen. She's like, yeah, but we did the best. This is how we were raised. I said, that don't make it right. That don't make it right. I said, how about this? You go to jail if you beat a dog like that. So how in the world is it gonna be okay to do it for to a little boy?
Stop The Silent Treatment And The Belt
SPEAKER_04How is it okay to do it to so if anybody out here, if you got kids, if you got kids, figure out, you do your work on yourself. So you have alternative ways of disciplining them. Because I started to realize if doing this work, what it does to the psyche, to the psyche. And then you wonder why your kids can't speak up for themselves or why they're people pleasers. Well, yeah. It's because they're constantly seeking approval. You taught them how to shrink. You taught them how to seek acceptance outside of themselves. Don't give your kids the silent treatment. I have to say it like this. I'm talking right now. I'm telling you right now, don't give your kids the silent treatment. You do your work on yourself so you ain't gotta walk around and treat your kids differently. You do the work on yourself. You stop beating them kids because you don't know how to uh uh uh process your emotions. Get some awareness in your life. You do it. Now you may have done it in the past, but every day is a new day. It can start now. It starts now. I can become the new version of me right now, at this moment. Right now. So the reason why I'm saying this, this is a challenge to you. This is a challenge. Do everything now from a place of awareness, from a place of healing. So ask yourself in this moment, what are things that I need to change? What are things that I need to change? I started to do this with my own kids. I started to realize, like, you know what? You gotta be more patient. You gotta be more patient with them. You over here looking at everything from the awareness of a 43-year-old, wondering why they ain't figuring it out at 13 and 11. You need to be more patient. Why? Because maybe this boy inside of me didn't have the the, he didn't have the opportunity to be patient because he was constantly in survival mode. So for everybody here, I could go on for hours about this. But really the crux of all of this, I hope you see my I hope you see yourself in my life. To let you know that it's never too late for you to do the work on yourself. It's never too late. As long as you have breath in your lungs, the game's still being played. It ain't too late. So start today. Start today. And now and now from now on, from here until I leave, you know what this, you know what this game is about for me? Restoration. Restoration. What do they call that? What is it called? Uh reparations? Reparations, your 40 acres and a mule. I'm in reparations right now. I'm giving the child inside of me the 40 acres and the mule. You hear what I'm saying? You better make sure you give it back. And then some. I'm restoring this boy inside. Oh, we're gonna have fun for the rest of this journey. Whatever it may look like. We're gonna enjoy it. You hear what I'm saying? We're gonna enjoy it. We're gonna play, we're gonna laugh, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna act a fool, we're gonna do all of that. Because this little boy deserves it. That little girl inside of you deserves it. And here's the deal, I'm gonna say this to you and I gotta go. Okay. Because some of us I'm realizing, I hear this a lot.
Wanting More While Knowing You’re Enough
SPEAKER_04Don't you feel bad? Don't you feel guilty? Don't you feel shameful for you wanting more in your life? Because I keep hearing a lot of people, when I'm learning, a lot of people learned that it was bad for them to want more. I'll just be grateful for what you have. I am grateful for what I have, but I also know I can be so much more. So therefore, because I know I can be more, I want more. And there's nothing wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with that. Please hear me when I say this. There is nothing wrong with you desiring to become more and then want more that comes with that. Just know that that more isn't gonna make you enough, though. You were already enough. And this is the last thing I will go ahead and let you know.
SPEAKER_01You were enough. You've always been enough.
SPEAKER_04Wasn't because of what you did. It wasn't because of what you had.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna tell you why you were enough. Because you exist. That's enough.
SPEAKER_04The fact that you are here, that's what made you enough. The fact that you are in this game, that's what made you enough. So it didn't matter how your life looked or what it was going, like you you were enough. So now here's what I want you to do. Go play it. Go play it from that frequency. Go play it from that energy. Go play it from that energy knowing that I'm already enough. Why? Because I am. What do you mean I am? Because I am. Because I exist. I'm here. That's why I'm enough. Not because of what I have, not because of what I do, because I'm here. Now look how differently you'll move. Look how differently you'll be when you post something on social media, knowing that you were already enough, whether people liked it or viewed it or not.
SPEAKER_00Hmm.
SPEAKER_01Think about that. You'll move just a little bit differently.
SPEAKER_04So I just want to tell you thank
Appreciation, Encouragement, And Closing
SPEAKER_04you. Because you are a big part of why I'm continuing on this journey. I appreciate your support. I appreciate your where was I at? Oh, we were in we were in Hawaii. I was in Hawaii. Went to a little market. Little market, me and Hudson were coming out with this little market. Shout out Maria and Sal. Maria and Sal showed us their way of life. I could get used to that, to be honest with you. I can go maybe go find a place out in Hawaii, but we were in this little market, a little cool market. It's like something you saw off like House Hunters or something. It was really cool. I used to watch house hunters a lot. Anyway, walking out this market, this girl goes. She goes, hey, I think I think I follow you and I listen to your podcast. I'm like, oh, I think I do too. Nice to meet you. But the reason why I'm saying this is because I appreciate that. Your support, I realize she lent her energy for that moment. That's what we call a compliment. That energy plays into me doing this. That energy plays into me, like, not that I'm doing it for everybody else, but it reminds me to keep going. Keep going, because you never know who may need this. You never know who may who may be watching you. So the reason why I do that, I'm just a microcosm of all of life. You are the same. You never know who's watching you. You never know. You'd be shocked. That coworker who says they hate you, they really love you deep down inside. And they watching you. So, keep going. I want to tell you thank you. I appreciate you. I love you. And uh, yeah, we'll keep we'll keep this journey going. We'll keep going. All right, and see who we become along this journey. And as always, I wish you nothing but the best on the pathway to your results.
