Hannah's Prayer

In this episode, we meet Hannah, a woman who feels very sad because she cannot have a child. During a trip to God’s house, Hannah pours out her heart in a quiet, honest prayer and promises that if God gives her a son, she will dedicate him to the Lord. Eli the priest sees her praying and encourages her, and Hannah chooses to trust God’s care. God answers Hannah’s prayer, and she names her baby Samuel, remembering that he was a gift from the Lord. True to her promise, Hannah later brings Samuel back to serve God, showing what faith, gratitude, and keeping your word look like. A beautiful story that reminds kids God hears prayers, even the whispered ones.
