More Crisis In Nigeria Basketball Federation; Also Former NBA Player & Africa Legend Coach Julius Nwosu
The sport of basketball has gained a lot of popularity in Nigeria in recent years, with the country producing several top-quality players who have made a name for themselves both domestically and internationally.
A major challenge is the lack of a strong domestic league system, which makes it difficult for players to gain regular game time and exposure to high-level competition. This has resulted in a limited pool of talent for the national team, which has struggled to compete at the highest levels of international basketball.
Furthermore, there have been issues with the management and administration of the sport, including allegations of corruption and mismanagement by the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF). This has led to a lack of trust among players, coaches, and fans, and has contributed to a decline in the overall performance of the national team.
