The Teaching History Her Way Podcast
Teaching History in Special Education
In this episode, join Neil Wrona, middle school special educator in Howard County, MD. He has spent most of his 8 years teaching in alternative Special Ed schools helping students whose emotional disabilities have caused them to fall behind academically. I have never been a special education teacher and talking to Neil about working with students with learning differences gave me a glimpse into his experience. Neil shares strategies for helping his students learn that can be used in ALL classrooms, and he gives a special nod to support teachers.
