Icelandic singer-songwriter Árný Margrét joins Al to introduce him to Gregory Alan Isakov’s 2023 album Appaloosa Bones. Árný talks about first getting acquainted with Isakov’s music as a teenager, how his music transports her to an earlier time and what it was like to record part of her latest album at his studio in Colorado. She and Al also talk about that album—I Miss You, I Do—and how it differs from her 2022 debut They Only Talk About the Weather.
