Once again, violent attacks on Asian-Americans are on the rise. Some are hate crimes.  Some are not. Too often, the victims are elderly unable to defend themselves. On this episode, the Chino Y Chicano talk with community organizer Henry Liu who shares with us the impact of the violence on Seattle's Chinatown-International District seniors. We also talk with attorney Ami Nguyen of the King County Public Defender’s office and chair of the Asian-Pacific Americans for Civic Empowerment about the legal, and racial implications of the attacks.
