We have a great conversation with Dr Rachel Warner who is an Assistant Professor of Surgery @ UF Health - Jacksonville. Dr Warner comes on to discuss recurring hospital admissions, and goals of care discussions. We look at how this is related to patients facing chronic, and terminal illnesses, and their readiness for hospice care.
