Brady and welcome to this episode of breaking free of emotional bondage. And as I begin this podcast, I want to thank Dr. Bradley Nelson for the work he has done to develop the therapy technique. I know you as in my therapy practice called the emotion code. It took many years of research and clinical therapy sessions to bring this technique to its current state of perfection. You know, as I begin here, I want a quote to scientists that are very well known and to have won awards. The first one is a Dr. Albert Einstein, and he says, and I quote, all matter is energy field. Another quote by Professor Murray Gel man, Nobel Prize laureate from the USA. He says, body chemistry is governed by quantum cellular fields. Okay? Now the first question you're gonna ask me is, what is an emotion code? Well, the emotion code is a method of emotional therapy that is based on the premise that every motion is made up of a small field of energy.

Just as the brain produces energy that can be measured. Science has found that almost every organ in the body produces one or more of the many emotions that we experience on a daily basis. What you may not realize is that some of the negative emotions you've experienced, even though you may have felt them a long time ago, may still be creating problems for you in subtle yet very damaging. The emotion code is about finding those old emotions and releasing them forever. Emotions are part of our makeup. Without emotions, man, this world would, would, would all be very dull. Don't you think? It's sort of like a black and white picture without color, it's sort of dull. It's the emotions of different personalities in our world that make our life actually worth living. We were created to have emotions. However, emotions for us are supposed to be very similar to breathing.
Speaker 1:
3:35
We have the motion, which is a small field of energy created by one of our own organs and then after that emotion as experienced, it is released. Let's use breathing as a close example for our process. We take in a big breath and then after our body has taken the oxygen that it needs out of that air, we exhale and let the air out of our body. The same should happen with the emotions we produced. Depending on the circumstances. Once the emotion has been produced, it performs it's designated function, then it is meant to be released. Sometimes for reasons that we do not understand, some emotions do not process completely and these cases, instead of simply experiencing the emotion and then moving on, the energy of the emotion somehow becomes trapped within the physical body. So instead of moving beyond your angry moment or a temporary about with grief or depression, this negative emotional energy can remain within your body potentially causing significant physical and emotional stress.

Most people are amazed to find out that their emotional baggage is more literal than they had imagined. Trapped emotions actually consist of well-defined energies that have a shape and form, although they're not visible, they are very real. These trapped emotions are found to be lodged in the body and are one of various sizes ranging from the size of an orange up to the size of a melon, no matter which organ produced the emotion, it can be found in a different part of the body and often it may cluster. That's the motion that is with other trapped emotions causing major physical problems. In that locality, understanding that these emotions have a different of frequency of vibration than the rest of our body tissue, and so they kind of work against the tissue of where you are. They are lodged or against the Oregon that they're next to.
Speaker 1:

These trapped emotions not only affect the physical body, but always have some abnormal effect on the person emotionally. Sooner or later, people frequently sense that they are somehow burdened by their past emotions, but they don't seem to know how to get over them. Some seek help through traditional psychotherapy, which does not directly address trapped emotions, but typically addresses their symptoms and not the underlying causes of the symptoms, which are of course the trapped emotions or commonly called emotional baggage. Getting rid of your trapped emotions can help you to overcome the obstacles he repast and can bring new life to your marriage, your family relationships, and other personal relationships. You will feel more secure and motivated and the process of releasing trapped emotions can liberate you to create the relationships, career, and life that you always wanted. Many people failed to perform up to their ability and have difficulty making their life work as they should.

Oftentimes, the underlying cause of their pro station is the trapped emotion from a past event that they may not realize is sabotaging their efforts. It is becoming recognized by medical science and of course the experience of myself and my fellow therapists that a significant percentage, if not most of physical illness and emotional difficulty and self sabotage are actually caused by these unseen energies which medical equipment can now measure. Trapped emotions can cause you to make the wrong assumptions over react to innocent remarks, misinterpret behavior and short circuit your relationships. Even worse, trapped emotions can create depression, anxiety, and other unwanted feelings that you can't seem to shake. They can interfere with proper function of your body's organs and tissues, wrecking havoc with your physical health causing pain, fatigue, and illness. Yet no matter how great your suffering may be, the invisible energy of trapped emotions will remain undiagnosed by conventional medicine, even though they may be a major causative factor in your physical and emotional difficulties.

At this point, I want to relate to you a story that is told by Dr. Bradley Nelson who originated the emotion code and the therapy that I use today. Although every human being has between 300 and 600 maybe more trapped emotions, there are some that the subconscious desires to be removed before others are attended to. In this story, we'll learn about one of those emotions you'll hear about use of the use of magnets and muscle testing, which is a major part of this unique therapy technique. I also want to interject here that our subconscious maintains a perfect record of every second of a person's life starting at conception through muscle testing, which is regularly used at many medical practices. The body will tell us many facts about what's going on inside this. Dr. Nelson tells this story about a time when he was giving a training seminar.

He goes on to say, and I quote, I was teaching a workshop once and log in Las Vegas when I had an interesting experience. I asked for a volunteer and the young woman in her early twenties came up out of the audience. I asked her if she had any particular physical complaints and she said no, not at that time that she was healthy and had no problems. I muscle tested her to see if she had a trapped emotion and she did. The emotion was unsupported, which is a feeling similar to being all alone and without help when it really is needed. This is one of the 60 major negative emotions we work with through muscle testing. I asked her body when this emotion had become trapped, I asked, did this emotion become trapped within the last five years? No. Did this emotion become trapped within the ages of 10 and 20 no.
Speaker 1:
10:18
Did the emotion become trapped between the ages birth to 10 yes. Did this emotion become trapped in the first five years of your life? Yes. Did this emotion become trapped in the first year of your life? Yes. Did this emotion occur after one year of age? No. I asked her if she had any idea what this might be about and she shook her head no. It just so happened that this young woman had arrived at the workshop with her mother and they had been sitting together in the audience. At this point, I looked out at the audience and noticed that her mother looked very uncomfortable. Her hand was covering her mouth and she looked, um, either frightened or very embarrassed. I couldn't tell which Dr. Nelson goes on to say. I asked her if she knew what might have happened since her daughter was too young to remember in a very pained and embarrassed voice.

She explained well. When Jessica was a baby, I use cloth diapers, which I would close with safety pins. There was one particular occasion where I ashamed to say that I accidentally pinned her to her diaper. She cried and cried, but I didn't realize that she was pinned her diaper until I changed her. Again, I can't believe this is showing up now and I felt so horrible about this and still do. I turn to Jessica and asked, is that what craft emotion is about? I press down on her arm and it was very strong indicating that this was indeed the case. I released the trapped emotional energy by rolling three times down her back with the magnet and she sat down. Well, Dr. Nelson goes on to say about two weeks later I received the following email, the email read like this. Hi Dr. Nelson. When you were in Las Vegas, you cleared a trapped emotion for my daughter, Jessica, stemming from infancy.
Speaker 1:
12:27
Jessica has suffered from hip and knee pain since about the age of 12 years. It has gotten worse as she got older since you worked on clearing her trapped emotion of feeling unsupported. That was about a week and a half ago. She has had no pain or constriction in her hips and knees. She has never gone more than a day or two without pain before this because it was getting worse. It was beginning to affect her gait. She is a static and now as experiencing a new sense of inner joy, she sends her heartfelt thanks. Jessica said, feel free to share her story. She has certainly telling everyone in Las Vegas about it signed Jessica's mother. Maureen. See a doctor. Nelson goes on to say, here is another example of a trapped emotion creating physical pain. The event that caused the trapped emotion happened when Jessica was a baby. She had no conscious or memory of it had we not released it.

I believe that Jessica May have eventually become disabled and the true cause of her disability, her trapped emotion would have remained undiscovered. In quote of Dr. Nelson. Now I'd like to tell you about a situation I encountered with one of my own clients. This lady we'll call her Debbie, is a retired flight attendant and has traveled extensively. One day we were talking about work experiences in our professions and she mentioned to me that she had had a particularly hard time passing the training to become a stewardess. She was worried about retraining if she should ever decide to return to her work. When I inquired further about the difficulty, she told me she was terrified of water and in order to pass the required flight attendant training, she would have to jump into the water and performed standard procedures required if they should ever come down while over water.
Speaker 1:
14:37
I began to ask her some questions about her fear and ask her to think back to see if there was ever anything in her past experiences that would have involved water and let with very negative after a short time. She said yes. When I was three years old, we were at the beach. Debbie was raised in a warmer climate and close to the water and she goes on to say an a and a wave came in and knocked me off my feet. She said she could not get up but could see up through the water at the faces and was terrified that she couldn't breathe. At that point, I asked her if I could see if I could help her. Of course you said yes and so I moved ahead into a therapy session with her. During these sessions, we have methods to measure results and see if we have taken care of the emotional or physical problem we are focusing on.
Speaker 1:
15:37
After the session was over, she acknowledged that the fear of water was no longer there. When she went back in her memory to the incident when we began, her emotional chrom are registered at a 10 out of 10 and she was close to tears. This was a few years back. I just recently had occasion to speak to Debbie again and she told me that she still remains free of her fear of water. I am working in with are now on some physical issues, but they are another story for another day. I could talk to you about clients with anxiety, migraine headaches, panic attacks, agoraphobia, the fear of snakes, fear of spiders, and even multiple sclerosis. The list could go on and on, but for now, let me just encourage you in the fact that no matter what emotional disorder you may have, energy therapy may very well be the answer that will set you free from the emotional bonded that holds you back from enjoying life to the fullest.
