Graham is the Managing Director of Glencraft (Aberdeen) Ltd and Glencraft Luxury, a social enterprise, providing dignity through work to their disadvantaged staff.
Glencraft were awarded the highest of the ‘Best Social Enterprise in the UK’ in 2015 as part of the UK Private Business Awards.
Glencraft is also the proud recipient of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – Promoting Opportunity, 2021. They also hold an impressive Royal Warrant.
Graham’s plan is to have ‘Glencraft’ around for another 170 years and employ more people. He’d love to be able to employ 10 more disadvantaged people next year.
A Corporate Banker by profession, Graham has over 35years experience in company management & business strategy within professional services & financial sectors. He has operated at Board level for several companies and is involved in several charitable organisations.
He was nominated for EY Entrepreneur of The Year in 2018 as recognition for the innovative changes brought to Glencraft. Graham is also Regional Director of the Year 2019 and 2020 for Aberdeen and Grampian, recognised by the Institute of Directors in consecutive years.
