Judge David Katz is the president of the National Council of Judges Juvenile and Family Court Judges. We talk about access to justice and what that looks like in and out of the courtroom. We outline all the inefficiencies and rounded them out with some solutions that are currently being implemented. We hope this episode provides you with knowledge, empowerment, and most of all hope. We as legal professionals know more about what is really going on in our judicial system than most. It is up to us to realize that we hold the power of change.
