30 Day Self Challenge

Welcome to The LionsNest!

This week I talk about how I went to a completely rejuvenating GONG bath, it was like a meditative sound bath that gets you in the most relaxed mood and just helps you to clear your mind, which lead me to my 30 day self challenge! I am going to be waking up everyday for 30 days and going to the gym before my husband goes to work, I am making time for me and for what I need, it wont be easy its going to be a challenge, its going to be one of the harder things I've done and Im excited to see how I feel at the end! I also have a little emotional session about my own body image and my pending doctors appointment with a fertility specialist. 

This is a podcast all about Motherhood, the good, the bad, the ugly, the sticky, and the embarrassing. Motherhood isn't easy, we all do it differently and there is no right or wrong. I want to tell you I'm NOT here to give you advice, I'm here to tell you its OK if you feel like your kid sucks, its OK to be exhausted, OK and to not know what your doing, its all literally OK!
