Hellooo, it's been 8 long months since Ive been able to get behind the mic. Life has been busy busy with two kids and living life. Last year was one of our toughest years we've had. But we have persevered and been having a better year. In this episode I catch you up on what the girls are up to and what our current challenges are. I also talk being on a new health journey. its a little long and also probably doesn't make up for not being behind the mic the 8 months but i think its a start. I hope you enjoy.
