Dr. Zoë MacLeod is a certified executive coach, change agent, and educational advisor specializing in leadership, executive coaching, and organizational development. As Associate Vice-President, Professional and Continuing Studies at Royal Roads University, she leads a dynamic team dedicated to lifelong learning. She designs programs that bridge education and industry, from leadership development to micro-credentials, ensuring workforce relevance. Passionate about lifelong learning, she takes an intrapreneurial approach to building partnerships that drive impact locally and globally. Zoë consults internationally, creating award-winning leadership programs, and has served as Chair of the International Coaching Federation’s Coaching Education Board.
