Create A Daily Plan That Works
SPEAKER_00addicts, you know what they have in common? Low self-esteem. And the reason is we tell ourselves so much negativity. There is power in words. You've got to always believe that you can attract someone if you're looking for love, that you can make money if finances are an issue. That you can actually connect with the higher power of God if you truly seek it. But it starts with those I am statements that I do have power. And number three, which is so, so important, you've got to start filling out a schedule. You've got to do the little things. How many hours are you going to work today? Are you going to go to the gym or go run? Are you going to spend time with the family? Are you going to go to a 12-step meeting? Are you going to go to therapy? Are you going to do your hobby? Are you going to go to church? You've got to write that out. And then do those and enjoy the little things. Walk your dog. Hold hands with your spouse partner. Throw the ball with your son. Brush your daughter's hair. Clean the driveway. Enjoy doing another marketing campaign. Go to eat with people. Whether they're from your alma mater or coming out of a 12-step meeting. Eating, talking, socializing is so important. And open up yourself. And the last part is you've got to hug people. You've got to hug people. And if you hug people for at least 20 seconds, you get you bond. You get that oxytocin.
