Clare DeNicola is the Co-Founder and Principal of the 10 Company, a highly strategic, service-oriented, women-owned business dedicated to helping C-level executives transform their businesses using marketing, sales and communications. She was also the President and CEO of IVANS, Inc., a technology company that revolutionized the insurance industry by integrating carriers and their systems with third parties that service the industry.

Her passion for helping companies grow has made her one of the top leaders in the insurance industry. Clare has more than 25 years of business experience, including eight years as CEO of a technology company (IVANS). She has an impressive track record of developing and executing creative, results-driven sales strategies, new product and market development, brand initiatives, and customer service programs. She knows first-hand the strategic, financial, and operational realities that businesses face. One of her “super powers” is that she understands how to use marketing and communications to complement a company’s operations and vision for growth to generate great results.

Clare has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham University and she started her career in the insurance industry as a Vice President of Marketing at IVANS. She is also a consultant for The National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA National), where she helps the PIA Partnership create programs for independent agents to use and implement at their agencies.

Fun Fact: Clare is a huge animal advocate. She loves rescuing and helping dogs. Another fun fact is that she recently did “Glamping” in the middle of New York City with her friends from College.
