I, I tend to allow myself a bit of freedom in that way, Like you"},{"speaker":"[bryan_boorstein]","startTime":189.32,"endTime":193.08,"body":"know, P. in a perfect world. Low one nineties, I'm like I noticed the"},{"speaker":"[bryan_boorstein]","startTime":300.68,"endTime":305.24,"body":"shift where calories have to drop, and now I find myself already in that"},{"speaker":"[bryan_boorstein]","startTime":305.4,"endTime":308.36,"body":"point in that shift. Potentially where now I'm meeting. like you know,"},{"speaker":"[bryan_boorstein]","startTime":308.44,"endTime":311.0,"body":"twenty eight hundred C, twenty nine hundred calor. The downside I guess I could say is when we"},{"speaker":"[aaron_straker]","startTime":368.366,"endTime":372.446,"body":"are dieting and have a total lower. you know, Uh, carbohydrate availability"},{"speaker":"[aaron_straker]","startTime":372.606,"endTime":376.046,"body":"for the day. It's very easy cause like you train at nine, right, you have"},{"speaker":"[aaron_straker]","startTime":376.046,"endTime":378.846,"body":"inure worko carbs.
