days, I actually took a"},{"startTime":252.574,"endTime":257.975,"body":"gummy, so I made it 33 days."},{"startTime":257.975,"endTime":261.736,"body":"I took a gummy on Friday, Saturday, prior."},{"startTime":331.1,"endTime":334.663,"body":"And then I don't consume one day and"},{"startTime":331.1,"endTime":334.663,"body":"suddenly these dreams and the terrible"},{"startTime":334.663,"endTime":336.184,"body":"sleep are back again."},{"startTime":336.645,"endTime":338.265,"body":"And so that concerns me."},{"startTime":338.682,"endTime":342.663,"body":"I don't know what to make of it at the"},{"startTime":338.682,"endTime":342.663,"body":"moment, but I do know that the fact that"},{"startTime":342.663,"endTime":346.544,"body":"it's impacting sleep that much is not"},{"startTime":342.663,"endTime":346.544,"body":"something that I love."},{"startTime":346.664,"endTime":350.885,"body":"And I don't want to reach a point where I"},{"startTime":346.664,"endTime":350.885,"body":"become dependent on it to the"},{"startTime":358.747,"endTime":363.668,"body":"country or else I'm not gonna sleep well,"},{"startTime":358.747,"endTime":363.668,"body":"or I'm not gonna enjoy my experience fully"},{"startTime":363.668,"endTime":365.389,"body":"or something along those lines."},{"startTime":365.389,"endTime":368.242,"body":"And so I do have a bit of trepidation that"},{"startTime":385.951,"endTime":391.994,"body":"has done a long-term RCT on cognitive"},{"startTime":385.951,"endTime":391.994,"body":"decline due to marijuana consumption, but"},{"startTime":392.135,"endTime":397.63,"body":"I can't help but think that consuming"},{"startTime":392.135,"endTime":397.63,"body":"marijuana over the course of a life"},{"startTime":397.63,"endTime":400.71,"body":"would have some sort of impact on"},{"startTime":397.63,"endTime":400.71,"body":"cognitive decline."},{"startTime":400.71,"endTime":402.671,"body":"And so I'm kinda gonna table that one."},{"startTime":402.671,"endTime":406.372,"body":"I don't have enough information on it at"},{"startTime":402.671,"endTime":406.372,"body":"the moment, but it's a semi-concern for"},{"startTime":406.372,"endTime":408.613,"body":"me."},{"startTime":408.613,"endTime":410.393,"body":"Then
