book"},{"startTime":344.666,"endTime":347.414,"body":"and that's with"},{"startTime":347.414,"endTime":350.974,"body":"parenting and work and working out and"},{"startTime":347.414,"endTime":350.974,"body":"like all these other things going on."},{"startTime":350.974,"endTime":355.114,"body":"But I was able to finish an entire book"},{"startTime":350.974,"endTime":355.114,"body":"and anyone that knows me knows I'm not"},{"startTime":355.114,"endTime":355.944,"body":"like a huge my"},{"startTime":355.944,"endTime":359.174,"body":"ears."},{"startTime":359.174,"endTime":362.084,"body":"I do books on tape and podcasts and optimal"},{"startTime":392.926,"endTime":401.026,"body":"approach to running in general within the"},{"startTime":401.026,"endTime":404.566,"body":"story that was being told in the book,"},{"startTime":401.026,"endTime":404.566,"body":"which was just a captivating story"},{"startTime":404.566,"endTime":405.554,"body":"overall."},{"startTime":406.35,"endTime":412.05,"body":"and so of course I was inspired by, by"},{"startTime":406.35,"endTime":412.05,"body":"reading this and given that I had no bike"},{"startTime":412.05,"endTime":414.35,"body":"and I had to run anyways, I or"},{"startTime":427.97,"endTime":430.03,"body":"not, cause we didn't actually do"},{"startTime":430.03,"endTime":433.274,"body":"antibiotics, but I ran to Walgreens."},{"startTime":433.526,"endTime":435.796,"body":"And my intention was I'll run to"},{"startTime":433.526,"endTime":435.796,"body":"Walgreens."},{"startTime":435.796,"endTime":440.566,"body":"It's 2 .5 miles away and then I'll walk"},{"startTime":435.796,"endTime":440.566,"body":"back or I'll do some intervals back or"},{"startTime":440.566,"endTime":441.546,"body":"something like that."},{"startTime":441.546,"endTime":446.356,"body":"But I ran all the way to Walgreens,"},{"startTime":441.546,"endTime":446.356,"body":"quickly ran in, bought the ibuprofen."},{"startTime":446.356,"endTime":447.696,"body":"It was like less than a minute."},{"startTime":447.696,"endTime":450.396,"body":"And then I turned around and I ran all the"},{"startTime":447.696,"endTime":450.396,"body":"way back."},{"startTime":450.396,"endTime":454.986,"body":"So I basically did five miles with like a"},{"startTime":450.396,"endTime":454.986,"body":"one minute break at the turnaround point."},{"startTime":454.986,"endTime":460.502,"body":"And that is by far the longest that I've"},{"startTime":454.986,"endTime":460.502,"body":"run since I was"},{"startTime":460.502,"endTime":461.212,"body":"17."},{"startTime":461.212,"endTime":465.242,"body":"Like I remember clearly injuries."},{"startTime":529.354,"endTime":533.0740000000001,"body":"And then they had a big section talking"},{"startTime":529.354,"endTime":533.0740000000001,"body":"about how if you just take the heel away"},{"startTime":533.0740000000001,"endTime":536.614,"body":"and you go barefoot or wear, you know,"},{"startTime":533.0740000000001,"endTime":536.614,"body":"Vibram five fingers or something like"},{"startTime":536.614,"endTime":541.234,"body":"that, that you will run properly because"},{"startTime":536.614,"endTime":541.234,"body":"when you heel strike that shit hurts."},{"startTime":541.878,"endTime":546.108,"body":"And so I wear minimalist shoes, which I"},{"startTime":541.878,"endTime":546.108,"body":"think is it's their zero, zero
