came in after I posted an insane heart rate recovery for myself where I"},{"startTime":351.325,"endTime":361.089,"body":"went running the other day."},{"startTime":361.169,"endTime":367.032,"body":"And I finished my run with I was doing 30 30s, like 30 seconds on 30 seconds walk type"},{"startTime":361.169,"endTime":367.032,"body":"thing."},{"startTime":367.032,"endTime":374.363,"body":"But at the end, I was just like, you know what, I want to get to four miles I have, I"},{"startTime":367.032,"endTime":374.363,"body":"think it was point one five miles left."},{"startTime":374.363,"endTime":377.083,"body":"So I just ran the whole point one five miles didn't stop."},{"startTime":377.083,"endTime":380.943,"body":"think it took like close to a minute, 45 seconds, something like that."},{"startTime":380.943,"endTime":392.273,"body":"When I finished that, was, my heart rate was at 169 beats and it heart rate recovered down"},{"startTime":380.943,"endTime":392.273,"body":"to 65 beats in the first 60 seconds."},{"startTime":392.273,"endTime":397.875,"body":"So I dropped 104 beats in 60 seconds, which is"},{"startTime":398.131,"endTime":402.415,"body":"my personal record, my prior record was a hundred and that was a complete outlier."},{"startTime":402.415,"endTime":405.917,"body":"So to see a hundred and four was like, what is going on?"},{"startTime":405.917,"endTime":406.878,"body":"And seconds in on the heart rate recovery, I'll switch to nasal breathing"},{"startTime":448.466,"endTime":455.77,"body":"and I'll see the heart rate drop a little bit healthy and have a physique that you're proud of and maybe is admired by"},{"startTime":783.257,"endTime":796.276,"body":"others, that can all be achieved with this kind of lower volume, lower
