the gym where I like lifted my shirt up and looked in the"},{"startTime":215.199,"endTime":222.047,"body":"mirror and I was like, holy shit, like really happy because I hadn't seen myself that lean in a while and to be"},{"startTime":230.627,"endTime":242.267,"body":"that lean at 196 gave me some confidence that what I'm doing with my training same muscle group supersets I find super effective."},{"startTime":699.306,"endTime":710.949,"body":"uh like another thing we can probably discuss next week if we want to kind of make it there's a couple avenues for why, but the main one that I just want to throw"},{"startTime":717.591,"endTime":727.205,"body":"out there today is that when you look at the literature, they are always to a bench press, the literature says you've done two"},{"startTime":731.417,"endTime":736.819,"body":"working sets."},{"startTime":736.899,"endTime":746.143,"body":"And so if you did three rounds of that, the literature calls that six working sets and"},{"startTime":736.899,"endTime":746.143,"body":"then they compare that six working sets to somebody who taking almost the same amount of time as it would be"},{"startTime":784.447,"endTime":791.49,"body":"if you were doing straight sets all the way pressing angle, an amount of convergence like it's, it's not trivial, but I"},{"startTime":866.395,"endTime":875.05,"body":"do think it's not you're who is maybe considering like reducing"},{"startTime":879.163,"endTime":891.971,"body":"volume or trying to change something, whatever like chase stimulus, I would say is a
