In this Legacy Interview, host Miles Beacom sits down with 1994 Inductee, Lyle Schroeder, to discuss his legacy with Sioux Valley Hospital, and what it was like to go from Housekeeping and Maintenance all the way to the president of the not-for-profit hospital.
Lyle Schroeder devoted over 35 years of service to Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Under Schroeder’s leadership, Sioux Valley Hospital has received numerous honors, including being named one of the top 100 hospitals in the country and to the top 100 cancer treatments and cardiac centers.
Throughout Schroeder’s career, he has given credit to the successes of Sioux Valley Hospital to his Board of Directors, the Medical Staff, and his fellow employees.
