Welcome to Coffee and Cleavage.
SPEAKER_02Welcome, guys. I'm Linny. And I'm Claudia.
SPEAKER_04And we have a channel. I'm Jenna Gilly.
SPEAKER_02Yes, we have a very, very, very special guest. Can I just say, like, when we have guests, a lot of the times, like, they're not friends. This is like a BFF. Like we're not even talking about friends. We're talking about like best friendship here. Yes. So I would like to welcome one of my closest best friends on the planet, Miss Jenigary. And I would just like for you to tell our following, because obviously your following knows a lot about you, who you are. Give us just like a two-minute brief on who you are, what you're doing, and why you're just the most amazingly put together, muscular goddess that the world has ever seen.
SPEAKER_01First of all, I don't know you. I just met you today, but you're glorious. I would like to say this is probably one of my favorite people I have ever met in my life. I don't know anybody that's more beautiful on the inside and outside. Which is why she's my best friend. Okay, so who am I? Um I am a woman that is was put on this earth to change people's lives. Um I have a pretty traumatic are we allowed to curse? Sure. Okay. Yeah. Put on, I have a very fucked up childhood. I left home at 16. I've been raped, molested, beaten. Um, I was homeless, and I've just been through a lot and I had a nervous breakdown 23 years old, um, and then turned my life around after that. And now I am a coach. Um, I am a lifestyle coach. I know what I look like, but I do not coach bodybuilders. I never will put uh anybody on stage. If I have room for 50 clients, I want it to be 50 miserable people that want to change their life. I want to teach people how to get out of their own way, not live in fear. Teach them about how to um not be in physical, emotional, and mental pain. Um and that's it. So I've been a personal trainer for 26 years, uh online coaching for 16 years. I've never woken up past four o'clock since January 4th of 2010. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02Unless, unless you you came to one of my parties once and you adjusted your sleep schedule for one day. No, no, no, no. You still woke up at four? I still woke up at four o'clock. Bless you. I I think we were going to sleep at that time. Yeah, I got home and I slept for like three hours.
SPEAKER_01Then I got up, did emails, and then I went back to bed.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's amazing. So, so obviously, like I will I want people to know that you're not just a coach available in Vegas. Like, so if you're watching this and you're looking for a coach, she does do online coaching. So, so please make sure you look at her, especially her before and afters, because you guys will be just crazy. I want to ask you, because you know, you you do in-person, you do online. What is one of the biggest mental blocks you see in people? What is your biggest, for lack of better words, fucking excuse people give you when they come to you and the and I can't because uh I'm too busy.
SPEAKER_01And I always say, like, I have a single dad that's got an autistic daughter who's a cop who works out at three o'clock in the morning and then takes his daughter to everything that he needs to. I have a single mom of four kids with three jobs, and she makes it work. So everybody, and I literally just voice noted to a client that quit like two days ago, and she is telling me, I just don't have the time. And I said, No, your why is just not strong enough.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like, you just don't want it bad enough. Like I can make it work. I told you. You could you don't have to do a two-hour workout, you could do a 45-minute workout in your garage. I write out workouts for people that work out at home and in the gym. So, like, I can make it work for anybody. There's a 25-question questionnaire. I design the workouts and the schedule uh based on what they what their life is. I'm not gonna set them up for failure and tell them they have to do a two-hour workout. When I ask them how much free time they have, and they said they only have 45 minutes. But time and and that's the say. So I always say, like, when p people first join my program, they say, um, I send them a judgment-free zone, and I explain to them about how I want them to share everything with me. Like, be don't be embarrassed. Don't feel like you're gonna disappoint me or anything, because I have done some fucked up shit in my life, and to get food, to binge and purge, and the only time I'm ever disappointed is in people that quit. That is like the saddest thing to me.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So, like, I don't care if you fuck up, fuck up a million times as long as you learn from it, and then you work hard and figure, but like finding somebody, whoever it is that um wants to change their life, they just have to figure out what their why is. And most people just they haven't figured it out. So they don't have a million excuses. Yeah. Do you feel like the peptides now, the GLPs, make it to where people rely on that more than I do feel like there's a lot of like I feel like personal training in general is very saturated. Everybody and their mother is a personal trainer, and no disrespect to you, but I don't care, I'm gonna say it anyway. Um, it's really disappointing that like somebody will go on stage and do one show and not even place well, and now all of a sudden they're a coach and not certified. And then you have those GLPs, and everybody's like, oh, I don't have to go on a diet, I'm just gonna go take OSempic or take try, I don't even know how to say half the stuff, tricepide and red-itude, and like everybody just relies on this quick fix because it's just like a diet pill, but now it's something different.
SPEAKER_02Now it's just an injection, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, and it's very disappointing.
SPEAKER_02And this started back in like what the 80s, 90s, when you know, like the the diet pills were like the the latest and greatest thing, right? Now it's this. Yeah, now people just are injecting themselves, which I think is arguably much worse because I mean if you're not enough research, yeah. And if you inject wrong, like just the injection alone, like the consequences, and you know, it's I think that's that's so scary. Yeah, you obviously, so you you know, with your all all your clients, and I hear this all the time because when I used to own a gym and when I used to train clients, people would always ask me, like, how do you stay so like motivated? I just how how how what what is your response to that? Because I know my response. What is your response? Well, what is yours? Fuck motivation. That word. There's no such thing. Amen. And you you because Linny, you could tell, works her ass off. She goes to the gym, she she puts in the effort, she shows up every single day. You guys watching at home, motivation is a fairy tale. Motivation might as well be the next Disney movie because there's no such thing as motivation, it's discipline.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_02If you're not disciplined, your motivation doesn't mean shit.
SPEAKER_04That's so true. I'm never motivated. Like, oh, you got you do it.
SPEAKER_02Imagine you only did things when you were motivated to do it. Imagine you only went to your office job when you were motivated to work. You'd get fired. Yeah. Why is fitness so different for people?
SPEAKER_01Like, what is your response to this? So that's exactly what I say, pretty much. We're on the exact same page. So I always say I don't believe in motivation, I believe in discipline, and it all goes back to the why. So for me, what gets me up every day is in the back of my mind, I pretend like my kids and my clients are watching me. So I stay on track with my meal plan. Also, like I'm a big fan of Tony Robbins, and Tony Robbins says, uh, link pain and link pleasure. So for me, if I eat anything off plan or if I don't do my workout, I feel like that that will eventually lead to potentially me being, I have Crohn's disease and colitis, I have a lot of medical issues. So I link not eating something off plan, I see an IV in my arm. So that keeps me disciplined to staying on track. Like, and then to the workouts. Like, I don't, Joe Rogan says it, like if I only worked out on days that I felt good, I would never work out. So, like for me, it's like I I most days I want to work out, but I hate upper body days and I'm not motivated to work out, but I know like I need to do it. I don't have to think about it if I'm having a day where like I didn't sleep or something with my kids or whatnot. It's just I know what my why is. And my why is that I have to be the product, my why is that I don't want to go backwards, my why is that I don't want to be in pain, my why is that I don't want a client to hear or think or find out that I made an excuse. Because if they see that I made an excuse, then they're like, oh, I saw that you did that that day. So I'm gonna take a day off today. So like that's my why in the back of my head, and then that becomes my discipline. I don't watch pumping iron before I go to the gym to get myself motivated to work out. Do you watch my videos? I do. So that's what I would say. I do say fuck motivation all the time. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02People just say they want this like magical motivation's a feeling, right? Like they they want this like beautiful little angel feeling to come over them, and they're like, wow, I I really feel like killing myself in the gym today. Like I've never in my life felt like I really want to work out today. Right. No, and you know me. Oh God. Jen Jen used to train me, and like it's so funny because when you hire a trainer, even if they're one of your best friends, she would be like, All right, you're doing this, and I'd be like, I'm not doing that. And she'd be like, Audio, this this is what you're doing. And I'd be like, I'm I'm not doing that. Like and we just we wouldn't do it. Because I'd be like, I'm just not doing it. So I I and and every single day I worked out with you. We worked out for a lot.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I I never wanted to go. I wanted to see you, but but I still got it out. Yeah. Mostly to hang out and talk shit. Yeah. That's that's half the workout. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But you don't look for motivation. You just you show up and you do it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm never motivated.
SPEAKER_02But I feel like that's such a big question. And I'm sure you get this question too. Like, how do you find motivation?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And I and I just explained to them, I don't, I mean, like, I just I I move. And because I have it in the back of my mind, like, and that's what I teach people about vision boards. So um, I don't believe in the secrets version of a vision board because I feel like that is a little bit of motivation. Like, like if you think about the way that the secret teaches you how to make a vision board, they have you like put a picture of the house that you want up, right? So then I'm motivated to go make money because I'm visualizing that house. I don't believe in that. I believe in my version of the vision board. So I tell clients to make a three-way chart and they write down what their goals are, the why and how will life be different. So, for example, you want to lose 30 pounds. Why do you want to lose 30 pounds? The why is the negative part. So if I don't lose 30 pounds, I'll be uncomfortable in front of my boyfriend or girlfriend. I don't want to get naked. I don't feel confident. I want to go out after this job, but I don't feel like I'm smart enough or good enough for it. Um, I am on high risk for diabetes, so it's all the negative shit. And then how will life be different is I'll feel more confident. I'll go after that job. And it's the complete opposite. So then when you are tempted or you're around food that's not on your plan, and you're like, I have 30 pounds to lose, you remember all the negative shit. You remember the why. And then you don't need to like be motivated to stay on plan. You remember the the vision board that you made to visualize you losing 30 pounds and looking like how will life be different.
SPEAKER_02And for reference, guys, you also don't need a new year or a Monday to do this. You could literally do this. You know, like people are like, well, you know, I've missed the New Year's resolution. I guess I'll wait six months. Yeah. Six July, we're good. We're keep eating like shit, guys. Just start, just start. The faster you start, the faster you could you could get to those goals.
SPEAKER_01So even if you mess up in the middle of the day, you don't need to wait until tomorrow to restart.
SPEAKER_02Or keep eating like shit. Right.
SPEAKER_01So, like I always say that that whole analogy, oh, I fucked up, I ate one thing off. I had two pretzels or whatever it is. I'm like, okay, so that's like saying, Oh, I got one flat tire, I'm gonna slash the other three. That's very true. I like that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I like that too.
SPEAKER_01Chill on one thing and then just clean it up for the rest of the day.
SPEAKER_02But let's talk about the extreme end of that when you're talking about a diet with like a bodybuilder or like a competitor. If you have like a lifestyle client, it's obviously a little easier to say, you know, it's okay. You messed up. Right. You know, right. What about for somebody competing? Like that that's a whole different world, right?
SPEAKER_01I mean, which is why I don't coach them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So my thing is I don't want to coach somebody for 12 weeks that is miserable the whole time and is trying to get down to 5% body fat, 6%, 9%, whatever it is. And then the second they're done with the show, they're just gonna go back to eating the way that they were. I want to work with somebody that wants to learn how to make healthy life, health, healthy choices. Yeah. And that even if they do mess up, like it's really not that big of a deal. That's why I never care. Like, yes, I've competed, I am an IFB pro, but I never did it for the stage. I did it because I love the process of training and eating on point because I'm blessed with Crohn's disease and colitis and a herniated disc and all these medical issues that I have because I want to prove doctors wrong that you can look and feel. And I literally just made a post today about it. Um, and that you can look and feel better and it or not be a statistic. So, like, for me, those are the things that I want to teach people, and um that's what like keeps me on track, and those are the kind of people that I want to coach.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So, like, it's not, it's like if somebody goes off plan and then they're competing, like I don't, I I wouldn't even know how to get them back on track. I don't wanna.
SPEAKER_02Do you miss competing?
SPEAKER_01No, I never I hated it. Yeah, you are the only reason I have my pro card. You and another one of my friends. I wanted to quit. So I've never in my life ever wanted to quit anything, but anytime I've ever competed, and I've on and off competed since my first son, who's about to graduate next Saturday. Holy shit, I have an 18-year-old. Um he I I did my first competition eight months after he was born. And then I did that.
SPEAKER_04Eight months after? That's it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and I looked the way that I looked four months after, and then I just had to wait for the next show. Crazy. And I won. And I won the overall, I won the whole thing. Wow. Um, and then I stopped. I only wanted to show women, because I was a fitness manager at the time. I only wanted to show women that you can get in shape after having a baby. Then I was done. Then two years later, we opened up our studio, so now I had a whole nother demographic to like motivate.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, motivate. Sorry.
SPEAKER_01So then it was okay, now I'm the mom of a one-year-old and own a business and I could stay in shape. So then I did a show. And then I competed a bunch in 2011, and then I shut that down. And then in 2015, I hired my first coach ever. And that's when I started bulking. I competed in 15, 16, and 17 and 18. I wanted to get my pro card. I shut it down. I had a business thing that I was starting right after the show. And I didn't get my pro card. And I was like, okay, I'm not gonna keep competing. My goal is to launch this program. So I did, and then I shut it down. And then fast forward to now, um, Jay Cutler convinced me to get back on stage because he's like, You're 46 years old and you can run circles around 20 and 30 year olds. And he goes, I know that you're not a bodybuilding coach. And he said, but like you don't realize that you're an inspiration to people, like even your regular clients that I know are all lifestyle clients. So then I'm like, all right, fine, I'll get back on stage. And then eight months after that, because I had to re-qualify to get my IFBB pro card, and then the in-between was like really hard on my body. I was getting Crohn's attacks every day. I would message her and Dan, and I'd be like, I just I can't, like, I'm I'm getting sick. Crohn's attacks are bad. The pain from a Crohn's attack is worse than labor pains. Oh wow. And I have I have two boys, one's adopted. Um, but she was like, just do it. Like you said you were gonna do it. You pride yourself on being a woman of your world.
SPEAKER_02So far in, I'm like, you can't stop. Like you, you can't like, and you'll never let yourself live it down if you quit. So I'm like, just get that fucking pro card and then stop. But just do the show. Just do the show.
SPEAKER_01Trust me, just do the show. And I never wanted, I've never ever ever wanted to quit anything, ever in my life. Like, if I say I'm gonna do something, I read the four agreements after I got to the hospital, and one of them is be impeccable to my your word. If I say it, I'm gonna do it. So all I kept thinking about is Claudia saying, like you said you were gonna fucking do it, just do it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like you will regret it if the show comes and goes and you threw in the towel. Like, Crohn's attacks is not, I've been through worse than that. So I did it, I got my pro card. That was in 2022, and I've never gotten back on stage and I never will.
SPEAKER_02No. And there's, you know, one of the scary things with with competing is obviously the dangers of, especially competing on a high level like that, is this the steroid use. You know, I know, you know, you've talked about it on on your own channels and stuff, but I don't think people realize, like, you know, we're talking about the GLP1s and the peptides and all that, the dangers also of the steroids and what that does in the female body. You know, especially for even for somebody that wants to have kids. Like, luckily you already have kids, but women shut their systems down. There's there's so many dangers. Like, what is what is your take on that? Do you think women belong in this in this space?
SPEAKER_01I think that if you have the right coach, um I do think the guy that has co has been coaching me for the past five years, who I got my show, uh, got my my pro card with, um, he asked for blood work before I even started, asked for it every four to six months. Like, I think when you have a coach that actually cares more about longevity than about just getting you on stage and what it's gonna do to his resume. Um, but I I at the level of the pro, like what most people don't realize is these women are doing things to their body like these I don't care, like these Brazilian girls. Everybody is like all about this, these huge and then they're they're shooting up uh male hormones. But but even besides that, they're even shooting up like uh I don't even know what it is, but it like makes the glutes fill up with water and and and then it makes so then their waist is like twenty four inches, but their ass is like 45 and that is massively unhealthy for your body. So I don't I I I just think uh it is massively unhealthy for the body, women and men. There are and and over the past maybe five to seven years, you've seen more people dying. We were talking about this last night.
SPEAKER_02We were talking literally talking about this last night because Dan was saying when you know when he was competing back in the day, it was always like, well, where are the bodies? Where are the bodies? Nobody's dying. And now it's like they're all dying.
SPEAKER_01They're all dying, and some of the great ones. And it's I mean, I there's a a girl that I know in the gym, and uh her husband died like in her arms. Wow. In her arms, like ble bleeding out of his mouth, and died, and he was two weeks out from the show.
SPEAKER_02That's crazy. Like, is it worth it? Like, is it really worth it?
SPEAKER_04Just give me the shells.
SPEAKER_02For like and these trophies, you guys are like ten dollars. Like you could buy these trophies on Amazon, stick a little fucking sticker on it. She bought me a sword before. Yeah, I bought you a sword. I mean, and it's not that hard to you know, buy a sword and put a little, you know, plate on it saying, you know, first place and being a dumbass. Like very, very easy to do. And there there are a lot of dangers, you know, behind it. But I also want to talk about not only the dangers, but the stigma that comes with all doing all this stuff. And I hate, let's talk about this topic a little bit, this Jesse James thing that you just had to, we just told Linny about it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you informed me. I'm like, whoa.
SPEAKER_02If you guys haven't heard like the whole Jesse James drama with Jen, go on her page, please, so you could see the whole topic. But long story short, we'll give him a little rundown. Jesse James basically used Jen in a video. And the topic of the video is supposed to be buff women against regular men, something like this, right? And instead of using buff women against, you know, regular men, he used the title steroid women against men. So obviously that's a very negative connotation, you know, especially with her lifestyle clients, people she's training. She doesn't want to be associated with that. If that's something she chooses to present to her fans and her following and her clients on her own time, that's something she can do. But, you know, he did this to make her look bad essentially to get views.
SPEAKER_04So fucked up.
SPEAKER_02So it's so messed up. The stigma of these steroids and stuff, is that something that that follows you with other things, or is it more now because of this Jesse James?
SPEAKER_01It's more now because of the Jesse James. Because, and listen, and I what she said, like I I wouldn't, I'm not one of those people, like, you know, oh God, I don't even, I don't even know, Kenny K.O. the guy that likes to call people out for not for being. Like, I was never somebody that would get like if he came up to me and he was like, Are you natural? I would never say no. I would say, yes, I am enhanced. But Jesse didn't give me the option to as to whether I decided if I wanted to talk about it. Like he didn't, he didn't interview me and then say, hey, we're gonna, you know, call it steroid chicks against the average Joe. Um for me, like I like the way that I look and I am on very minimal doses, and some is TRT, and um, but I'm the one that decides whether I want to make it public or talk about it. And yes, I know what I look like, and I do feel like I have struggled for years with this I don't look like the people that I coach, but I it got a thousand times worse when he released that video.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01So yes, there's this. I I just feel like I'm more now known as this like enhanced athlete than I am as a lifestyle coach.
SPEAKER_02But I will say, like when you did your video, because I watched it, you know, when you were in your in your hot tub talking about this, the amount of love you got. I know. I was was so it gives me chills. I just got chills. Like it was so overwhelmingly beautiful the support you got. And it's like for the For the amount, I think for every hateful comment, when you look at those the comments on your channel from that, it was so much love and like so many. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like so one person was like, You're on drugs or you're enhanced. Okay, just okay, admit it. But like that was it. And then it was just, and I I I got like two clients out of that video. Great. And one of them was like a past client that has worked with me on and off for like the past 15 years. Yeah. And then she came back. And the yes, the amount of love that I got, and people that were like, listen, if they judge you, who cares? Like own it. Like, we you have the biggest heart I've ever met of anybody I've ever seen. And I do, I pride myself on being a very genuine and authentic person. My favorite compliment that I get is when people tell me that I'm exactly the same in person as I am on social media.
SPEAKER_02You are, you absolutely are.
SPEAKER_01And so it was. I mean, I literally was the day I released the video, I almost took it down like six times.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Uh because I just I was so petrified that it would come and bite me in the ass. But you need to speak your own truth.
SPEAKER_02And you know, that's that's so important in everything that we do, and staying genuine to yourself and to your own roots and being able to take that power back and taking the narrative back on your side. You basically you you took the power from it. And it's a massive fuck you, fuck you to Jesse James, and fuck you to all these people that you know that that they want to take that power from us. You you you won't and you can't. And you know, we deal with this stuff all the time. Like the comments we get, like, listen, like I understand we look the way we look. Well, we're enhanced in our own way, right?
SPEAKER_04Like people say look like trannies.
SPEAKER_02Trannies, you know, the boobs boobs are this.
SPEAKER_01When did you transition?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like okay, like we were just talking about this. Like the comments are trans, like come up with butter insults, guys. Like we're we're tired of the tranny. Let's come up with a new one. But we deal with that all the time. And it's like, whether you're enhanced with steroids or whether you're enhanced because you we have implants and injections and all that stuff. We're so judged all the time. So it's so important as women, especially women, to take that power back from these assholes and guys like Jesse James. Like, it's so sad that your work isn't good enough on its own to not have to use clickbaity titles like that. So, you know, work a little harder in the gym and maybe you'll uh, you know, I kicked his ass in the leg day. Good. Yeah, good. I really hope you did. Yeah, that's great. Um, we like to ask all our all our guests.
SPEAKER_04Yes, if you could tell your younger self something, what would it be?
SPEAKER_01Oh, I've been in therapy for like the past. So, okay. So if I could tell my younger self, and I was asked this by my therapist, and somebody else asked me, because I do a my little hot topics and I tell people to ask me the question, my what I would tell her is everything is gonna work out.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Because it is. I've spoken to her a lot. Um and that I would just keep it really simple because I wouldn't want her to leave live any different than she did. Like I am exactly where I'm supposed to be right now. Um I say this all the time. I am genuinely uh happy with every aspect of my life. Yes, I'm divorced, but I married an incredible man who's an incredible father, who I physically I own a business with him, and we talk every day. We just bought a new studio and we're still in business together. We're great co-parenting. He just wasn't my person. And I, during my marriage, there's a lot of things that happen when I adopted my autistic son. Um, and I changed. I do know that. I mean, he changed a little bit too, but um, I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. And if I didn't go through all of those things, I wouldn't have the life that I have. The only thing I'm missing is somebody to share it with, but I will not settle for anything less than what I deserve. I've said this a million times to Claudia that I'm waiting for my Dan. Yeah. Because I love what they have. It is like they have the best friend relationship. They, I mean, I I I will say one thing, gonna put you on blast on this one.
SPEAKER_02Please go for it.
SPEAKER_01I I will not ever go to the bathroom with my husband in the bathroom with me.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01I can't, I can't do that, but but I want my best friend that wants to be around me all the time because that's something I'm gonna do.
SPEAKER_02Until you find them, the dating stories are impeccable. So please keep finding these losers because they're so fun.
SPEAKER_01I don't even know if I've told you the latest comments.
SPEAKER_02Oh God, here we go. And there's nothing. We're gonna need an after hours thing here. Do you have like, because uh talking to like our younger selves, I recently saw somewhere to put a picture of you when you were a baby or like a young girl, put it on like your mirror and talk to her every day.
SPEAKER_01Uh that is amazing. Yeah. I think I'm gonna do that. You should, yeah. Because in my last therapy session that I had, like we do this visualizing, because I I have a lot of like um memory blocks too. Um, and in the last um session that I had with her, I she made me like picture me uh around my younger self, and I pictured us dancing. And I have this picture of me as a young girl, and I it's in my garage, and it's like me just about to do a little dance thing for my my foot.
SPEAKER_02Put it in the mirror in the morning and talk to her.
SPEAKER_01And you want to know what? I have a post-it in my bathroom that says I am smart because my dad told me I was stupid my whole life, and I want to hang the picture, and now I'm gonna do that. Do it. That is brilliant.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I just recently, literally a couple days ago, I'm like, that is so special. Like where did you hear that? A couple days ago on like TikTok or something, you know, when you're like mindlessly scrolling, and I'm like, that is so beautiful. Just a picture of yourself when like you, you know, you remember that time a little bit and just talk to her. Yeah, yeah. I love that. And that's because you know, to me, like energy doesn't die. You know, people don't die. We just our our energies shift and we become different things and our energies become other energies. And it's like that that little girl is still alive, yes, and we we we need to nurture her still. 100%. So I love that. Yeah, I do love that. Yeah, right. That's good shit. That is good, right? You guys should do it too. Yeah, I love that. Yeah, well, thank you so much for taking the time for having me. Absolutely. And we're so proud of you for taking your power back. And uh I'm such a fan of you, even though I'm your I'm your busty.
SPEAKER_04I just met her name. Like, I love the stall.
SPEAKER_02You are just you're just one of these people, you just have this beautiful aura, and we just we love you and thank you for doing this. Thank you. Thank you. I love you. Cheers, guys. Cheers.
