Everyone assumes the only way to make serious money in the creator space is to keep pushing the line.

That wasn't our approach.

In this episode of Coffee and Cleavage, we break down how we built multiple seven-figure content businesses across different platforms—without ever going all the way.

We discuss the strategy, branding, marketing, psychology, and long-term decisions that helped us grow while staying within our own boundaries.

Whether you're a creator, entrepreneur, or simply curious about how the creator economy really works, this is an honest look behind the business.

SPEAKER_01

Welcome to Coffee and Cleavage. Welcome, guys. I'm Linny. And I'm Claudia. And hello, Gary.

SPEAKER_00

Hey ladies. How are you doing?

SPEAKER_01

Gary, yeah. I decided to just talk about something today that we really don't hear many people talk about.

SPEAKER_02

And I feel like this episode is more for the girls.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

A little bit, right? Yeah. Versus like, because we're usually either talking about men or talking about things that help men. But I feel like today would help women also. Absolutely. Right? So today we want to talk about a topic that both Lenny and I always get approached with, whether it's in DMs or in person or people just messaging us on all the platforms that we make money on. And it's a couple, couple prong approach here. Couple approach prong. I catch your drift. You catch my drift? Yeah. Basically, how can you be a content creator without going all the way with your content? There is a lot of content creation. Like the word content creation is a very vague bubble. But specifically for you and I on OnlyFans on our different platforms, we don't go all the way with our content. And a lot of people are very perplexed, I guess, sometimes with how do you guys make money without doing the most going all the way, yeah. Doing the most. And you would think, I would think, I thought when I started this world really like what, six years ago with online content creation, I'm never gonna make any money if I don't have sex on camera. And I never wanted to do it. I've never have done it. It doesn't interest me. And I can say, sitting here, I have made multiple millions of dollars by sticking to my boundaries. And I think that's a topic we need to discuss to show other women like if you're thinking about getting into content creation, if this is something that's on your mind, you don't have to do things you're uncomfortable with.

SPEAKER_01

No, you really don't. And I feel like a lot of content creators, they feel like you know, and I've been guilty of this, where you feel like you have to do more to make more, but you don't have to necessarily I feel like when you go that route, first of all, there's and I'm I'm not saying anything against we have friends that do that. Oh yeah, do your thing. Do your thing, honey. Yeah. But you know, I feel like um it uh it devalues, it starts to devalue. Yeah. And your people want more. Exactly. And it doesn't matter. Give an inch, take a mile.

SPEAKER_02

Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, they always go back.

SPEAKER_02

You can't, yeah. There really is no going back because remember when like OnlyFans first started, and I remember this like it was yesterday. I was like, okay, I'm only going to do lingerie. Like the first week I was on OnlyFans. And I was like, damn, I'm making a lot of money just doing lingerie. And then my fans were like, Well, how about topless? And I'm like, Well, I don't want to do topless, but would I make more money if I started doing implied nudity? And yeah, I was making a little bit more money. And then it was, well, what if I did topless? And I started making a little bit more money. And then I went nude, but I noticed like the difference from topless to nude wasn't that different. But even going nude, which that's like the the most I do online, people still want more.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

But now the world of content creation and OnlyFans is so oversaturated that now I think if I even wanted to get into the porn world, I think I'd be making even less money.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Because the girls that are doing porn are selling full-on all the way videos for $4.

SPEAKER_01

Because it never stops for them now. And they have to constantly keep getting creative in order to keep making money.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because it gets to the point where they're like, okay, it's all blowjob, it's not cool anymore. Like they want more and more and more. And it's like, you gotta be like, What do I do now? Like, and they just have to start thinking like these scenes and like all right, let's bring like weird shit into this. Because guys are like, that's how guys are too. You see something, you're like, you want the next thing and the next thing and the next thing like a challenge, yeah. Will never end until you're just kind of like, all right, I'm moving on next girl now.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And they push you to that that limit, and you you you wake up one day and you're like, oh my god, I'm doing what I said I'd never do. Yeah. And the guy's already on to the next whatever, and the internet's forever.

SPEAKER_01

Yep.

SPEAKER_02

The internet's not very forgiving. And now you have to keep shooting this type of content to to keep making money. Because how are you gonna go from, is it possible to go from full on porn to I'm just gonna be nude now? Is that a thing? No.

SPEAKER_00

I think you'll have every person saying, You did porn before. That and it's like, I mean, and it's true. It's like, how are you gonna go from which I'm sure girls do, and they're like, Well, don't do that anymore? And guys are you're gonna have to move those fans away and then get new ones almost. But then it's I mean, it's on the internet, it's never gonna go away. No, so guys are gonna be like, I don't know. I'm sure girls do that though. They get to a point and they're like, I don't want to do that anymore. So I'm going backwards.

SPEAKER_02

I think, and and this is speaking from somebody that's done well online, it's not necessarily your content that's gonna make you money. It's your fan engagement. And if you're watching this and you're thinking about getting into, you know, content creation, it's not necessarily about shooting the most risque thing or having the best honey birdette outfit or doing your hair and makeup every single day. It's how you interact with your fans and and how you treat your fans that's gonna make you money. And I think you and I are both very good at this.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Our fans, while I adore them for paying my bills and giving me a beautiful lifestyle, I care about these people. Like you could spend your money anywhere. You could be out drinking, you could be going to games, you could be flying, you could be taking trips. You're choosing to spend your money with me. So I want to make you feel like, wow, like I give a shit, like you give a shit about me.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And it's so it's not always about, you know, taking advantage of men. Like women also need to get out of that mindset. Like, I'm just going gonna go online and it's it's all about finding the stupid guys. Your best customers, your best fans will be the most intelligent people you've ever met who believe in you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So it's not about your sexiest content or the dumbest guy you could find. Like a lot of your best spenders will be cool people.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Very cool people.

SPEAKER_01

And they they care about you as a person. Right.

SPEAKER_02

They want to see you succeed. Yeah. So I think that's like a big thing too. Like it's it's not about what you're what you're selling. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

To grow relationships with your fans.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And it it makes me so sad because I'll see so many girls go from shooting bikinis on Instagram to full on taking it.

SPEAKER_00

So do you think that that's pressure from fans, or do you think that that's pressure from making more money, or do you think it's a combination of everything, or them just wanting to be like, I want to do more?

SPEAKER_02

I don't think they want to do more. I think they do it because they think they have to do it. They don't even give it a chance. Like that to me is like the equivalent of like, I've never ran before, so I'm gonna do a marathon tomorrow. Like, you have to like, why don't you start with like a walking club? And then why don't you do like, you know, a 5K and then do like the Thanksgiving turkey trot, and then do like a half marathon, and then and then see like where you're at with things to go from like I'm lifting weights in the gym to I'm doing a marathon tomorrow. It that wouldn't make sense to people. So why does it make sense to go from bikinis to yeah, you know?

SPEAKER_01

You remember the hot marine blonde? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I guess we don't have to mention, but we know who we're talking about. Yeah. Um, look what happened. I know she went from employed porn, and now she her page is gone.

SPEAKER_00

And do you think that like you're thinking all guys are like, oh my god, I love that. But I'm sure there's people that are like, Wow, I'm actually really essentially like disappointed that you went that route. Yeah, well, you know, because they lose. I mean, not not saying everyone does this, but like you kind of lose some respect. Like, wow, like you so you're just gonna fall into that and you you do that now.

SPEAKER_02

I I have had fans, and I'm sure they're watching this right now, who have straight up told me, if you go into porn, I'll be really disappointed. People have told me that too.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but you would think all guys, like, I want to see porn of you. There's a lot that are like, if you did that, like, and I get it because it's like you see these girls and you're like, wow, like you just you're going down that route. And because essentially for like content creators, that's what everyone thinks everyone's gonna go into. Like, oh, you're doing you're doing OnlyFans, so it's porn. It's like not the case.

SPEAKER_02

It's the stigma, right? Yeah, yeah. I mean, we're gonna be accused of and a lot of these women are like, well, I'm already doing OnlyFans. I'm they're already gonna assume that I'm doing porn, so I might as well do porn when that's not the case. Like, you don't have to be on OnlyFans to do porn. Like a lot of girls are doing porn on OnlyFans, but that's not the end all be all here.

SPEAKER_00

Do you think it's easier? I mean, when you're when you go from doing what you guys do to porn? I mean, is it easier to make more? Do you find it you get in the same, you know, you guys have to get creative with content? You're like, all right, I need to like do this, switch up things.

SPEAKER_02

I say that all the time. It is so hard. It is hard.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I mean, put it hard to always think of you know new new scenes and new everything, having to think of stuff. I mean, if you're doing porn, is it like shit, who am I gonna shoot with now? How can I make this different? And then it gets to the point where you're like doing crazier shit.

SPEAKER_01

I'm sure it's harder for sure. And you're selling your content at a lower price, but you're relying on the quantity over quality. So you know I new volume of people all the time.

SPEAKER_02

It's yeah, and then that becomes, I think, more of a volume model versus like that becomes more of a quality versus a or quantity versus a quality model. Yeah, which I rather have 10 really good people that love my content. That's more long term, exactly. Yeah, over a hundred that just want to see me do the most. Yeah, and and you see it all the time. And I and I feel so bad for these girls because I really wish that they took the time to inch and inch and inch and inch instead of going all the way because like there's no coming back from that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's like you better. I feel like before you do it, it's like you better think about it. And it's like if you want to do this, cool. But if you're like, I don't know, and you do it, there's no coming back from that. No. I mean, it's seen and it's just like, I mean, you gotta be cool with like, you know, your family Googling you, and it's like, oh fuck, compared to naked pictures, compared to porn.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So I mean it's and and people tell me, I don't know if people tell you this, but they'll be like, well, you make the money you make because it's you. I'm like, what does that mean? Well, like, well, you're you're gorgeous, and you have this and you have that, and it's personality. I and I'm not and I'm not, you know, like degrading myself, but I'm not any more special than anybody. I don't have any superb qualities about me that make me a better model or a better content creator. I'm relentless. I work my ass off. I work probably way too much. Those are like my special traits, but I don't do anything so special that makes me millions of dollars that couldn't make the next person millions of dollars. And the thing that separates us isn't you doing porn and me not doing porn, because I can guarantee you I probably make more money than girls that are doing 10 times as much as I do.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So that should answer that question for you. Like, do I need to do porn to make money? Absolutely not. Like, I think you should give as little as possible and get as much that that's like the whole point of business. Like to do as little as you can to have the most amount of return, right? Like the ROI. Like, what are you making from this? So I you just do just do a little and see how it goes, and then do a little more and then say, okay, yeah, that's my boundary.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, boundary. That's the thing is staying true to yourself.

SPEAKER_00

Before you guys started making good money, when you heard about girls making tons of money, did you think like she has to be doing porn? Yeah, she has to be like, and I feel like that's what everyone thinks. Like, this girl's making a hundred K a month, she has to be doing porn. Has to be doing porn or what is she doing? What is she doing? Everyone's guilty of that, thinking like, there's no way she's not doing that. There's no way.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I mean, there is a way.

SPEAKER_02

One of my things that I tell, like, if it, if you're like a new fan and you come over to my page and you're like, oh, do you have a you know, whatever scene? And I always say, I'm here to tease, not please. Like, if you're looking to get pleased, I'm not the page. Like, I'm here to tease, not please. And and I think people now kind of like respect that because I th I personally feel like once I've seen you have sex, I'm kind of over it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Like what, like what now, like now what? Like, I want to know, like, am I gonna see what if she like you know, grazes herself a little down there? Like, oh, I've never seen that before.

SPEAKER_01

But like, once you've already done that, like I think the challenge keeps them coming back.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Rather than like you said, you see, they see you do everything, then what okay? Yeah, I've seen her fuck.

SPEAKER_02

But it's kind of like dating. Like, yeah, how much more fun is like the thrill before you finally have sex with somebody? I think everything leading up to the first time you're intimate with somebody is fucking a million times better, hotter, sexier, more fun than like once you start having sex.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

You know, like the the thrill of like the kill and like you know, leading up to that foreplay.

SPEAKER_01

The foreplay, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So like basically you and I in our careers, we're always foreplaying. Yeah. And I think foreplay is more fun than the actual act sometimes. Yeah. And I think the word boundary, if you're new in the world of content creation, you have to decide what your boundary is right now, not later. Because later, when the money seems like you can make more money, you you start thinking you have different boundaries. I told myself from the beginning, I said, I'm not doing porn. And I have always stuck to that. So if you're new, decide today, like what that boundary is. Don't have like a gray attitude, have like a very black and white attitude, and you'll you'll make money.

SPEAKER_01

You will. You know, you don't have to feel at times you might feel pressured to do a little more and more, but then you gotta just remember what your boundary was.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Be true to yourself. And that always go back to.

SPEAKER_02

And that's like scarcity mindset too. People don't think that there's enough demand for what they offer. Guys, there's so much money in the world. There is so much money in the world. There are so many men that want to support you in this world. You don't have to do more. More is not better in anything, I don't think. But especially in this, just stick to your to your gut. Yeah. Yeah. But and if you want to get into porn because that's your thing, fucking go for it. Yeah. I'll sign up, I'll watch. But like, but you don't have to. You don't have to.

SPEAKER_01

So don't burn yourself out because that's another thing, you know.

SPEAKER_02

Burnout will will kill you faster than anything in the world.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And we've we've experienced we've been on the yeah, we've been on the burnout end for sure. Yeah. And and you have to learn how to like, you know, to not do that. And I I feel guilty sometimes. I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna like take an afternoon off. And then I'm like, wait, how much money am I losing? Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You start feeling kind of guilty, like, shh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But I rather feel bad about that than um, like, oh my god, what did I just upload?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, what's gonna be online?

SPEAKER_02
