🎙️You drink you learn. Episode 8. (🇺🇸 lg.)

Kerri Hoyt-Pack, a great thought leader and coach is joining me today from Portland, Oregon to talk about how everyone of us can drive change to a positive leadership.

Before Kerri has startet the Liberty Collective, her own consultancy and coaching business, she has worked in media, crafted advertising at WK and served many years as an executive at Nike, where she was one of the founders of Nike Women. With her new business she traveled 15 cities in 11 countries to interview women around the world regarding leadership which helped to craft the base for her leadership model.

Some take aways of todays session:

➡️ Sometimes you have to travel the world to realise that the we all strive for a change to positive leadership.

➡️ Good leaders listen.

➡️ Change can happen if you just start it. It doesn’t matter on how senior you are - look for coalition and start small, but start.

➡️ If you are at the beginning of your career, knock on doors, start conversations, make yourself heard. Even a no as an answer will help you to get known and grow.

Enjoy todays episode and make sure you drink and learn with people of your network.
