Series: Reframe The Picture - Pt 9

Have you ever felt like something in your life is off, even when everything looks fine on the outside? It’s like you’re moving, functioning and even showing up where you need to be - but internally something still doesn’t feel right.

It doesn’t mean that something is wrong with you, but possibly something is just misaligned.

In this episode, we take the next step in the Reframe the Picture series.  Although finding your voice is powerful - living from it is what changes everything.

In the past episodes, we have been touching on how you learned to keep the peace and become who you needed to be to feel safe, accepted or understood. And as you slowly adjusted, overtime it created distance between who you’re supposed to be and how you were living.

In this episode we discuss:

  • What misalignment really feels like beneath the surface
  • Why we stay in patterns that no longer serve us
  • Having clarity without action creates frustration
  • How to begin making decisions that reflect your truth

Alignment is not about becoming someone new.  It’s about being honest about your truth one small decision at a time.  It’s doing it over and over again until your life matches your truth.

When you begin to live in alignment things shift. Your choices change, relationship shifts and your standards rise.

You don’t need a new life. You need alignment with the life you already have.

Listen, reflect and continue Reframing the picture of your life.

You’re not behind.
You’re in process.
And you’re learning to see clearly.
