Today we explore the theme of "Reclaiming the connection to our Ancestral Roots ". This is a deeply nuanced theme. It encompasses layers that include our direct family, our lineage, the places the people before us have called home, the land where we live, and our relationship to the soil. We go deep into what being a cultural orphan is and how to reweave ourselves back into the rhythms and cycles of the Earth.
