MS-13 Terrorist SCOTUS Fight: Stay in CECOT or Return to US?
In this explosive update, we dive back into the saga of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia—an illegal migrant from El Salvador, MS-13 terrorist, and now the center of a heated legal firestorm.
After sneaking into the U.S. in 2011, dodging a 2019 deportation order, and getting nabbed in March 2025, Abrego Garcia was shipped off to El Salvador’s CECOT facility.
Case closed? Not quite. His fiancé and a team of left-wing lawyers are fighting tooth and nail to bring him back to American soil, and they’ve already scored a win with federal judge Paula Xinis, who ordered President Trump to return him by midnight Monday.
But Chief Justice John Roberts slammed the brakes on that plan, suspending the order and paving the way for a Supreme Court showdown. Now, White House Solicitor General John Sauer is stepping up to argue why this terrorist should stay out of the U.S. for good.
