The conviction of Shiloh Hendrix on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct for being goaded into speaking the N-word to a Somalian migrant aggressively confronting her and her small child on her hip is facially unconstitutional—and I’ll explain EXACTLY WHY this is so.
