The twins get schooled on "simplify your process to be productive", Joe's new mantra for the upcoming yearly focus. So examine your processes and see if you are spending too much time planning and not enough energy doing. Joe created a mission statement to use as a guide, ensuring his energy is focus on those things that matter personally.
There are no short-cuts in photography and you MUST do the work to get better at the craft. He also mentioned doing less on social media gained him more followers and the best interaction with people. Isn't that what we really want - to connect with other humans? Trust me, Joe connects!
Our favorite insight is "Break Shit and Move On" philosophy Joe practices and advocates to photographers. Of course, he is widely known for the "Don't Be Afraid to Suck" method to learn and progress in your craft. Dare we say even in life?
