She brings her expertise on the 5 Love Languages and relationships to help us identify the presence of both the true essence of real love and the surface-skimming façade of lust. In our romantic relationships, we often confuse the two. We become ingulfed in the feeling of a temporary high, that we misunderstand it as love. But we must recognize the differences so that we can have the fulfillment that we desire in the long run.
