feeling"},{"startTime":394.798,"endTime":397.548,"body":"like I was on a plateau."},{"startTime":397.548,"endTime":398.673,"body":"I wasn't getting any know,"},{"startTime":488.465,"endTime":490.381,"body":"this cross section was really happening,"},{"startTime":490.381,"endTime":493.381,"body":"where I was getting a lot of help on one"},{"startTime":490.381,"endTime":493.381,"body":"and not much on the other,"},{"startTime":493.59,"endTime":494.798,"body":"that I reached out to a friend."},{"startTime":494.798,"endTime":498.173,"body":"He was, another veteran who was getting"},{"startTime":494.798,"endTime":498.173,"body":"his doctorate in behavioral,"},{"startTime":498.548,"endTime":499.673,"body":"behavioral health. I think."},{"startTime":499.673,"endTime":502.673,"body":"And you just a good friend that had worked"},{"startTime":499.673,"endTime":502.673,"body":"with a long time on the, on the the,"},{"startTime":502.673,"endTime":506.465,"body":"military, the defense contracting side,"},{"startTime":502.673,"endTime":506.465,"body":"which is where I was working at the time."},{"startTime":506.923,"endTime":510.84,"body":"And I asked him, I'm like,"},{"startTime":506.923,"endTime":510.84,"body":"you know, hey, I'm really struggling"},{"startTime":510.84,"endTime":513.673,"body":"with mindfulness and the stuff"},{"startTime":510.84,"endTime":513.673,"body":"that they're pushing at the
